nice, is it 10 minute frying approx (and the chickpeas recipes 10 minutes) or when it has the color it is showing in the video? I am surprised that unpealed green/brown lentil require only 10 minute boiling... I once had stomach pain after eating chickpeas though I soaked it for overnight, but I figure that I fried the falafal a little time not a lot... since then I learned to be careful... thanks for your answers in advance.. lovely recipe..

Sofia is 4 hours enough soaking? I would soak them for at least 8 hours or 12 , I have soaked them for 24 hours in the fridge no problem , even 2 days (changing water) but it won't help more than 10 or 12, but don't you think 4 hours is short? thanks
