That seriously made me laugh. Its a dirt road. When training is over, smooth over any dirt road you mess up. I have never seen that before. Let the engineers did the roads, it's the job.
Depends a bit on who owns the land were the road is located, wouldn't you think? Just passing through, transport leg or whatever. ...but yeah, its noticeable :-P

Tank would never need to back up to turn in this case. I guess they have orders to avoid damages to road surface and they try this not-so-smart turn for a tank.
Wehrmacht och SS transporterade en bra del av sina styrkor norrut med Svenska Jernvägen vid invationen av Norge i april 1940. Men oxo under slaget om Narvik, när man kämpade desperat för att jaga tyskerna ut av stan, så var det svenska tog som transporterade tyska förstärkningar direkt dit, via Sverige.
