Hey All, I'm just a regular urban girl who 'jumped the broom' and moved to the country. We've purchased our first home and are looking to homestead. Since the house is located "in town" we are extremely limited to what we can do in regards to animals. However, we have 1.5 acres and are looking to use every square inch, if we can. All my hose has shut off valves connected. It shoots up the water quite far and good spread of water with no pressure interference. Wondering if the pump will get damage if I shut off the outflow valve in few intervals.
Gtreetings from Ireland!! Good advice. I am expecting delivery of Palram harmony 6 x 6 within the hour. If i had bigger garden,would get much bigger one! If high winds are a problem,like they can be where i live,a good idea would be to have garden wire over the greenhouse to secure it which is quite cheap. They can always be removed for the summer months
Put a inline water filter on your garden hose and that will prevent the clogging of the sprayer. Course you will have to occasionally clean the filter but that is fairly easy to do!
I like this idea, but mosquitos from an open lid and other critters. I think I will run both, the electrical cord and output through holes. That is great! Thank you!
You should attach some fine mesh filter material to the bottom of your subpump to prevent any bits being sucked in and blocking your Sprayer 😉....Great idea btw to use a sub pump in the water barrels 👍🏼
*This would REALLY help me!* Cuz my well is super deep (over 375 feet) and water comes out too cold! _l notice big difference in the plants from using cold well water and warm rain water._ Now l know how to get water out of a rain barrel to the plants! *Thanks!*
