Non conoscevo questo aneddoto, e neppure questo cantante…di certo Papi ha fatto una figura pessima, ma a mio avviso se sei un uomo di spettacolo e se ti poni sopra le righe, dovresti mettere in conto certe situazioni. Reputo quindi la reazione del cantante, leggermente esagerata (non lo sarebbe stata se il tutto si fosse svolto in un contesto differente), anche perché Papi voleva solo fare show, e di certo non mirava ad insultarlo: poi ci sta che uno possa sbagliare, e la figuraccia del presentatore era già assodata.
UPDATE: He's changed a little since this video he now has a new outfit this year, his laughter is back louder and his booth has a paintjob! His movement I believe is timed so I guess that's why he doesn't move as much as used to. I am hoping I'll get chance to see him this year and video him again.
Wow what a song! Everything about Annie is beautiful! So wonderful that Eddi Reader was performing backing vocals she went on to be an amazing artist with Fairground Attraction.
Thanks for posting this, I've never seen this one on youtube. I wonder why he laughs at 2:30 is it the way he sings "awake me" , could he have sung something else?
