hi guys, so just to be sure I got this right… we upload to IPERMS first, then do we get some sort of confirmation email that it was accepted? What would that look like? I’m expecting access to IPERMS soon so I would like to know how this works before this step in IPPSA.
Hello my PAR to CPL was approved and I have appointment orders but it is not reflecting on my STP. Can you help me please? It was approved on the 9 August

I was able to access my STP two weeks ago and now I’m having issues since when I login, it now gives me TAM and when I click on it, it states that I have a bad gateway or is a blank screen. Not sure what’s going on since I’m using my phone or accessing the website with my CAC.
Not sure if your active duty. But this solution is if ur in the USAR. The erb is slowly being phased out for reservist. Youd have to go to rcms to update their ERB, and the person updating the ERB needs to have gone through a course offered monthly via MS teams for erb editor access. The STP on ippsa is going to become the new standard. I suggest getting the stp updated, and have the soldier go to their s1, hopefully someone still has rcms access.
You said "welcome to the 21st Century". This smart alec comment exemplifies the IPPS-A team. You rolled out a sub par product that barely works and resulted in infinite disruptions. Rather than wholly devoting time to fix it, you run an online gestapo that seeks out the source of any negative feedback. You may want to get someone else to do these videos and stop acting like social media is a contested space for your terrible HR system.
my leave can't get approved, ippsa needs help in simplifying it so the important things like leave never run into complications because the system is tying things up and making things more complicated then it needs to be. I'm supposed to be getting out soon this is the last chunk of leave I can take before I get booted out the door. It's still pending and it starts tomorrow either my commander didn't know, forgot, or the system is so buggy and never informed him to approve it.
IPSS-A is garbage. I wish that you gave 42s the ability to edit prior assignments (or at least teaching them the way) instead of making goofy promo videos.
This system has honestly been extremely inefficient, created many issues for soldiers and their units. I hope improvements come quickly as we owe it to our service members.
Any updates on submitting PCS & house hunting absence with the latest update? I followed the previous guide but when I went to submit the house hunting, it flagged it as a duplicate request. I've since cancelled my approved PCS absence. Should I still submit two separate requests, have my PCS go to just before my house hunting begins, and have the house hunting go to the day before my report date?
