Is there any written rule about jerking a submission? I understand it would be poor form (and dangerous) to jerk someone's head if you have them in say, a neck crank, you could put extra, uncontrolled torque on the crank and do damage, but is it a written rule?

4:40 the most annoying type of female fighter, and I hate spinning back fists. It’s the go to finishing move against female fighters who have no clue what defense is. Lol even though that woman with the colored hair knocked her opponent into a parallel dimension with a spinning back kick of some sort, it may have been the ugliest jumping, spinning kick I have ever seen(effective enough against a woman who has no clue what she is doing, notice the woman’s stance and attempt to throw a punch while being kicked into the phantom zone)
