Two things I like to have for interstate riding is, a throttle lock and a windshield. That makes it so much better and easy to go 500 - 600 miles a day no problem. My VTX has both and along with a good stereo, I love it!
As a kid I used to hate I mean hate how loud Harley’s were I was street bikes all the way. As I got older idk why but Harleys match my personality their so sexy now 😂 love em. Make it make sense. Lol

I have a Question, I bought this unit based on your review I’ve got it all installed but I can’t get the app to work. It won’t take a password it’s not letting me do anything. Is there something I should know that the instructions is not telling me
@@StevyFaux OK I deleted the app and reinstalled it still doesn’t work. It’s just not letting me get past the email the password and the code that they send you by email. It doesn’t let me get past that point I’ve tried it over and over and over.

I’m watching every single videos you have about the Fury to see if you’ve done some work on the front wheel, somehow your bike’s stance is different to other that I have seen in pictures and videos on here, it looks raised and stretched out. Thanks..
@@koshabull208 totally stock other than we powder coated the wheels white. But the front blinkers were relocated also so maybe that changes the way it looks.
I just ordered them, I’m not going to be Using for communicating, I main use is for Music , navigation and receiving calls. I hope I’m happy with this unit. It will be my First Bluetooth Ever. By the way I Love your channel. I also ride a Road 👑King.
I live in England I have a Honda Fury 1300cc our roads are brilliant even our country side roads are narrower roads it's still brilliant I love it . I am old school as Biker at 75 years old .❤
That’s a pretty nice Softail Deluxe Heritage you got there. Or does Softail Heritage Deluxe sound better? 😆 Nonetheless, those are all great upgrades to improve ride and comfort. It’s proven useful by how many miles you have put on! I am surprised that you didn’t say the suspension on the road king. I know that is a big difference from stock to what you have. I don’t think I missed that as an honorable mention? Good to see you on tv again.
I do believe that the suspension should be changed on pre 2024 touring bikes. However it is an expensive upgrade and deserves it own video. With all the options available and cost it needs to be broken down and that will take a little bit of time.
I'm glad you switched to the DJI cameras. The GoPro cameras have always had the same 12 or more faults, with the DJI you lose all those faults. If you have heard of 2LaneLife RU-vid, J has DJI cameras and during the ride from Sturgis to California 2023 they rode three days in torrential rain and as a result had to replace the Mike. Try that with a GoPro.
September 2024: I have just paid £9,000 in the UK for a used Fury. This equates to $11,700 They are not cheap in the UK. Nonetheless, what a stunning bike.

You don’t even close to have to wait the way you did to start it… give it a slight amount of throttle as you crank the bike up and it will instantly fire up!! Any carbed Harley I’ve been around fires right up
Everything suggested I needed a road king yet the heritage softail is what I felt best on. I felt cramped on the king as the floorboards were higher up and had my knees all bent up. 2016 heritage has lower floorboards and further forward. Way more relaxed and comfortable on it and I’m 6’3. The heritage is like sitting in my favorite recliner
@@yoboishifty2480 I found this. For the 2012 the speedometer comes with a data cable. You plug it into your ecm and the speedometer and it transfers the data and vin locks the speedometer. I am in south Warwickshire and have literally just bought myself a Fury. I fell in love with the looks. Not collected it yet so I hope the weather delivers....
2001 RK with a hot rod 103 my brother had built before I bought it, only had 3400 miles on the engine build and I’ve put just over 12k miles on it in less than a year with no fairing windshield, and put almost 11k miles on my 01 Honda Shadow 1100 before that with fairing or windshield! Love it!
So basically the Cobra Pro doesn’t really do anything, nor the commander 5 or 6 . I watched other RU-vid channels & a other guys after a year or two owning those $500 & $600 devices have said their a waste of money 💴, one guy showed how one of those devices kept killing his battery. 🔋. Both had Cobra exhaust systems and one had cobra PowerFlo air intake and other had a Force Winder Air Intake . Both guys said the electronic devices didn’t really do anything or at least next to nothing but cost money 💴. Like your videos a lot , thanks for sharing, love those highways 🛣️ through countryside in Nebraska. Makes me want to move there, would love to drive through there on my Fury.
how It going stevy, I have a 04 fat boy, I put the new style Speedometer in it a year ago, my left cap shows the fuel gauge and it goes to full , and the speedodometer , it used to show full, but now it's just shows a little bit over half a tank when full, Could you tell me why please
@@joeferreira7382 I’m guessing the sending unit might be going bad or got out of wack. But then you would think the one on the tank would be reading the same. Mine is the opposite. My gauge in the tank shows less than my digital gauge on my speedometer. I’m not sure what causes it.
@StevyFaux for sure i'm guessing the same thing, going to have to take it apart and check it out i guess , definitely don't make no sense, the one on the tank works. the one in the speedo unit don't correctly , thank you for the info
I’m glad I finally found this video. I’ve been struggling for months to get the color changes to work with the included instructions and other RU-vid videos which gave different advice. Yours was a simple and easy to follow explanation that worked. Sincere thanks
