Looks like 103? We now usually stay in 102 or 104. We love the Crusader. Bruce, Jon and staff have treated us very well for years. The previous owners did the same. BTW, we have been staying at the Crusader for over 30 years.

Hi Suzanne. This got me pretty stoked! I'm hoping to do better in the near future and have a way to go, but as a start, what's the smallest amount someone can invest in a REIT? I'm looking to at least "plant a seed" as a start. I'm not old but definitely not young, gotta do something!
Any amount, it's like a mutual fund of real estate asset holding. You can open up an account for example on Vanguard or Fidelity. Start with a Roth account and at the least try and maximize your contributions there. This money and all your dividends will grow tax free!
Dear, I m a total newbie with a passion for touring the world... I m looking for a catamaran to live in an travel the world. I was not firstly attracted by motor boeat, but this one seems to be so near what I m looking for, I was asking myself : if those type of boat are capable for my kind of project? Hello! Unfortunately this boat has sold. I did ask My Husband who was the Captain Of the boat and he said your best bet for traveling across seas would be a boat with a sail. You. Would Not want to risk running out of fuel while in the middle of the ocean 😊
I'm considering becoming a real estate agent. Currently, I am a teacher (with some school counseling background as well) and I'm really trying to get out of it . I think a lot of my skills as an educator can transfer over to real estate. I'm constantly presenting (selling the topic at hand) to our students (aka our clients) , I'm in constant communication with their parents (cold calls) , and always decorating the classroom (staging) . With counseling, I've helped others and helped people work through difficult decisions. I am extremely structured. The competition does scare me a bit, as does the potentially inconsistent income but I may find ways to supplement that. Thank you so much for this video.

@@SuzanneGilsonRealtor I am in Hudson County outside of NYC. Currently in my 30's with 10 years in the education field, although my first 7 years were just as a sub without benefits and pension.
There is a condo hotel in Long Beach WA. They pay the condo hotel owner 7% when someone rents their condo hotel. From what my research is proving is that this is very low. The condo hotel owners get 93% every time you rent your condo hotel.
That does seem very low.you. You Really have to do your due diligence. Read the zoning ordinances because some of these condo conversions require you to join the rental pool which will definitely cut into your income.
Of course no one knows for sure, just sharing my opinion based on what I read and listen to. Where do you think the US economy is going with 130 trillion in dept on the Fed's balance sheet? Back to the printing press? I do believe in holding hard assets, such as real estate, Bitcoin and Gold.
This is helpful, as someone like me who has not owned a home but wants to. The over 100K of student loan debt is killing me, so programs like this helps.
Student loans are such a hardship for so many. You should definitely speak with a lender just to find out what you may qualify for. You may be surprised, depending on the price of your home purchase, your monthly mortgage payment may not be much different than your rent. Reach out if I can help in anyway.
