Hi Bhavna, i came here to ask you, i made vadi again today but the weather is not so hot or sunny outside so is there any other way i can dry them? Can i not roast them in oven on a very low temperature for long time?
I tried to edit my comment but it’s not letting me, even amount of sugar, ghee and all other ingredients do not match with the video, i just noticed. Please amend it my dear, otherwise it will mislead.
@@Bhavnaskitchen for 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup ghee seems too much. Are you sure? I don’t know why but i just can’t seem to think this measurements would work. While frying don’t they disintegrate?

Hello beautiful Bhavna, just came here to watch this video, I have noticed, you took 1 and half cups of flour but in the description it says 1. Very nice but visarati jati vangi, we must keep the tradition alive by cooking such food dishes.
