I totally agree with you. I use to think that sunscreen is only meant when I go to the beach. Only to discover that even when I am exposed to the sun my skin burns. Especially when wearing a short sleeves shirt. I will definitely start considering these advises. Blessings

I experienced COVID that lasted around 10 days. I thought I was fine but I started to lose more hair than normal. After doing some research, I've come to realize it’s from the strain my body went through during that time and also due to the shampoo I had been using. So I started doing meditation, yoga daily and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextrraa coooconion anti hair fall kit. And now I don't face any hairfall. Thank you for this video!
