Solo al nivel 7 pude llegar en este juego y solo hasta que conocí RU-vid y ví los Videos de Contra fue que descubrí que estaba muy cerca del final y de terminarlo.
No wonder these walls don't move in the US version. Not only there's not enough space for this animation in the US cartridge of the game, but it would be also too disturbing for Americans...
Максим Галайчук - Mypka_Max 1. It was because the Japanese version had a special chip to add the map, cutscenes, and extra effects. Nintendo of America didn’t allow any 3rd party accessories in their cartridges, so the game was changed. 2. Even in 1988, Americans weren’t freaking wimps.
the beginning of stage 8 on ur video had a different scene than the one i had played as a kid .... the stage map never appeared on mine... also in the end ... the player getting on the helicopter was also not there... does this have anything to do with the difficulty level?? i guess i played it on the NES version....
