hey all, welcome to my little RU-vid channel :) most well known for Cookie Clicker, Epic Battle Fantasy, Terraria and Binding of Isaac, but I cover all sorts of different games! I also occasionally do other videos, such as unboxings, first impressions, reviews, and occasionally some high grade shenanigans... I also stream over on Twitch and sometimes upload to Tiktok, so feel free to check out all my other socials: linktr.ee/jman37x
So you have the fully upgraded dragon then, it won't let you upgrade him anymore? If so there should just be a 2nd aura slot right next to the original one, if there isn't it could be some kind of bug...
unfortunately just hard for me to find the time :( this series takes a lot of research and effort to bring about, I'd still love to come back to it but it's just on the backburner for now
since Edmund isn't associated with Team Meat anymore I'm guessing they straight up did not have the rights to use Gish, explains why none of the warp zones have other characters in them outside of basically just meat boy
10:55 When you do combos, you're gonna be switching beetween different auras alot(I often use Reaper of Fields, Arcane Aura, Epoch Manipulator, Supreme intellect, Reality Bending and Dragonflight to get combos, and once I have one, use Elder Bataillon and either Dragons Fortune or Radiant Apitide for CpS in the combo). Dragon Orbs would best be used right before a natural spawned golden cookie to get stacked buffs. It's also good to use at the start of an ascencion. But basically you would keep your highest building a bit lower so you can sell them or swap beetween different auras with no downside, then buy some more right before the combo. Generally it's not too useful though, as in actual good combos, you won't get to use it because of active buffs, and it's also not needed
exactly the kind of detailed analysis of this I was hoping for, thank you for the great breakdown :) still haven't done much with combos so lot's of good tips here!
@@Jman37X At this point you won't ever get to 100% without combos. Trevigintillon is not reasonably possible. You're starting to strugle to even make your update series because you're behind on progress and can't show off everything. If you do want to try to do some combo you'd have to decide whether to savescum or not. For not savescumming, as your first combo I'd recommend the 100% consistency combo. It's Frenzy Dragon Harvest Building Special Click Frenzy and 4 or more Golden cookies on screen with the Dragons Fortune Aura. Gives ~1 millon years of CpS and is the first no scum lategame combo(Even this one probably won't get to Trevigintillon unless you repeat it alot of times). Takes about 5h activly setting it up and as the name suggests is 100% consitent ones you get the natural Golden cookie spawn luck, assuming you don't mess up, but it's rather easy to do. If you want to know how to do it, I can tell you
as far as I'm aware, there are plans eventually for an iPhone version of the game, but it's not something I believe is actively being worked on so I can't say how long it might be unfortunately :/
this was done on such an old version that the progression has VERY likely been changed significantly by now, but I am surprised to hear the time has increased by that much! might be worth revisiting this on the latest version...
if you plant a Baker's Wheat in 2 opposite corners, you'll be able to get Thumbcorn! after that, you can do 1 wheat 1 corn to get Cronerice, 1 rice 1 corn for gildmillet, and then other combinations from there! static.wikia.nocookie.net/cookieclicker/images/e/e7/Garden_Tree_Neat_.png/revision/latest/scale-to-width-down/1000?cb=20220908024323
So the base game itself (I think even the 2.0 version) is available for free on many Flash sites! Here it is on Kongregate: www.kongregate.com/games/kupo707/epic-battle-fantasy-4 This version doesn't have the premium content, but you can purchase it there or pick it up on Steam instead! The 3.0 update stuff is still exclusive to the Steam version however, and I would expect it to remain that way if I had to guess. Hope that helps!
5:50 Forgot to mention, this was done because I believe it was hard to see the entrance/exits on certain maps and it also may have been impossible to exit maps with click/touch controls only.
@@xangelmoonx we are SO back, and ohh okay that makes sense, I feel like I remember seeing him post about moving stuff around so that the button in bottom left corner didn't block anything as well
Hmmm probably an issue with touch controls interacting with the web version, you could see about reaching out to Orteil about it and see if he might be able to implement a fix for it!
The guide has 1 important step: Patience :) I show the full playthrough here, but really it's just a waiting game at the end of the day since there's basically nothing you can do to speed things up but buying buildings efficiently
I feel like true neverclick is easier than this because first of all you only need to bake 1 million cookies, but can’t click the cookie, you can buy upgrades there too, and waiting for a golden cookie to be lucky might be alittle challenging but much easier than this, I feel like true neverclick should be regular and hardcore should be shadow
I hadn't thought about it before but I agree actually, after your first golden cookie True Neverclick is pretty quick and painless compared to hours of waiting for Hardcore...
Best options are to find someone who is willing to do the coding for you, or just try and learn how to code for Idle Game Maker! It's surprisingly straightforward and user friendly, definitely worth a try :)
So I'm new to this game and getting enough Farms to unlock Woodchips is a daunting undertaking. All I have is Dirt, Fertilizer and Clay, and I have yet to grow a single Thumbcorn.
Yeah the early farming can be a bit of a chore, especially if you pick it up right when you're first able... just gotta keep trudging through until you're able to progress far enough to speed things up :)
honestly I totally forgot about that, was trying to get an emulator set up on my PC specifically for that reason! my knowledge of the mobile updates is a lot more limited than the PC version, but I do still want to do videos covering it so it'll be something I work towards in the coming weeks :)
