Also, *follow the instructions and rules below* 👇🏻... *Instructions* : 1) *Both of the hands in a cross position behind the back, wrap in the middle between the wrists vertically and tightly (7 times) + wrap around the wrists tightly (7 times) afterwards.* 2) *Wrap around the arm tightly (5 times).* 3) *Put 2 piece of tape to the mouth part.* 4) *Use a blindfold to cover the eyes part* *Rules* : 1) *Do the challenge while standing up.* 2) *No time limits! Time a stopwatch ⏱️ to see how long it takes for you guys to escape or break out from the duct tape!* 3) *Only allow to wear short sleeve fit t-shirt 👕 for this challenge! 4) *NO CHEATING!!! Not allow to move your hands from the back to the front!*
