sweet grass of all the thigns out ther to burn sweet grass is my favorite trying to actually grow it but am, growing other thigns as well adn the labels were blown off by the winds so I am only guess ing which if sweet grass and which isnt started all from seed

you gotta be careful with eastern white cedar (Thuja occidentalis) in particular, the oils extracted from boiling it are highly toxic to consume.

I don’t know why, but I always braided sweet grass when I was a little child, before I ever heard of the sacred medicines, I guess I was just drawn to it bc I always did that
