Every time I see how much sanding you do on one panel is why none of my stuff will probably never get painted.

It’s really hard to have a really laid back atmosphere for the full time guys and the kid gets hacked on every video. I know everyone gets to be the low man on the job, and the picked on one. He is young. Any job wants you to show up on time, work hard, and let the comments roll off you. Hopefully he will get a little more motivated. Good luck in college kid. Usmc flight line shops in helicopter squadrons will make sure you are really thick skinned. 😂😂🤣🤣 It’s all in good fun! 😂😂🤣🤣
