@@backgroundchar I don't know if you played this game before, but assuming you haven't (if you ask about deflection): combat system is very defferent from Jedi Outcast. Hit / Miss / Deflection depends on stats and D&D dice rolls. Don't be surprised if you won't be able to deflect from start.
I didn't know this, but know your statement lead me to the idea that the Empire or Vader himself should have shown Starkiller an illusion or a hologram of Star Destroyer and he would blown himself up to many pieces from the within.
On my fist play through I was all force powers and had little to no light saber skills so I got my ass kicked in one strike so I used my huge stockpile of grenades to stick him in place then I drained all the Jedi and tossed bases at him until I won took forever
You should never send the ball to Nadal's backhand, even when he's off balance. It's just too strong and consistent. Better to target his forehand or mix up the shots!
Let's figure out first that we are talking about the same thing: his forehand is 82, backhand 74, are you sure you mean his forehand or you confused it with his left and right side of the court? I'm asking because Nadal is lefty and, as you mentioned, has strong and cosistent backhand, but his forehand is even better.
Everything is hax when you can't do it. This is full equipment and powers needed. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-vPynlBxL914.html This is upgrades for the lightsaber: Pontite, Ultima-Pear, Improved Beam Gem Lens, Expert Fencing Emitter, Superior Discharge Energy Cell. Everything is open and on screen. But no, people in comment section are so smart, you can't fool them. 🤦♂
What can be better than a dead drop volley after a perfect approach shot? They called me a cheater because I was like a wall at the net in some matches.
Its impressive how this game is awesome! Its been so many years, and i dont think 2k will be able to make a better game then this. Even with this new entry... i don't know.... it seems so limited.
I really like balance in this game, it forces you to play in the style similar of recreated players. People who complained about Federer's serve being 60 for example never played online a lot I guess. He has the best forehand in the game - 93, and if you master inside-out shot, it becomes a deadly weapon and also you emulate his playstyle. Sampras has much better serve and volley stats (83, 90) than Federer (60, 64) and it forces you to play much more at the net just like real Pete.
i struggled to do 301 damage on a crit and i had the dominator gloves and the GNS strength enhancer along with a lightsaber that had the barab ore ingot + pontite crystal
I love seeing bare-handed martial arts in Star Wars. That one animated episode of Mace Windu destroying a droid army with martial arts comes to mind too. In universes with magic, swords, guns, and armor, martial artists are the most badass. They ARE the weapon
It doesn't work in practice - at level 31 floating lightsaber has 33 attack and Kreia has 51 defense. So it becomes some kind of endless bullshido art session.
@@MindStranger you just have to recast it - or if anything Kreia acts as a distracting while you just destroy the lightsabers while they attack her or help the lightsabers kill her - i do it in almost every playthrough where my wisdom is high enough
@@lordrevan7569 You can't attack the target directly when it's under Force Confusion; therefore, you can't help the lightsabers kill her. You can use her as a distraction under that power and kill them one by one or just wait while lightsabers dice roll will pass her defense (for a long time). But then you miss all the light show. I tried it before choosing what to put in the video.
Who would win: One of the most deadly weapons wielded by supernatural warrior priest who are trained from a young age to be some of the most feared and adept warriors in the galaxy. VS homeless guy who punches things
im glad someone else said it. i tried to get into KOTOR but i just couldn't get over the shitty combat mechanics. for some reason i thought the game played like Jedi Academy and boy was i in for a surprise
The combat’s great. It’s not an action game, it’s an RPG. The game rolls dice on whether an attack lands and how much damage the attack does if it does land.
Same. I loved KOTOR's combat so much. Better even than BG3's or Rogue Trader's, which are the only combat systems that are even analogous.*@@Hewasnumber1
