Being an advocate by myself I'll give a few reality checks here. - District Courts - Most of the examination in cheif, cross examination, evidences are done in trial courts. Most of the witnesses are well conversant with their local languages for example in Punjab side it's always in Punjabi or Hindi. No one really uses that much English. Not even the district judges, not all of them at least. - High Courts - Now at High Court you should know english because almost every submissions are made in English. Again it doesnt mean it has to be that high level, its good if you know it but I've seen most of the counsel argue with decent english which will convey the meaning of what you wish to submits. Legal Jagrons are usual. Now at High Court there's no evidence, no cross examination and etc etc. Only law points are discussed and legalities of the case. Sometimes for example if you seeking simple direction then Court dont even go on merit and simply dispose of it. At High Court facts and law is discussrd whereas in Trial Court whole scenarios, and everything is to be discissued. High Court petitions have shorter scope to adjudicate the matter. Even in some High Courts the local languages are used by Hon'ble Judges. - Supreme Court - Now you do need english here but if you've seen CJI's vcs then how sometimes even they use normal english and hindi. - When you're in practice, all you need is better practical knowledge, thats more helpful, even more helpful than having knowledge of deep law. Moot courts are good but somewhere these does not give exact experience of Court Procedures.

What laws and what laws mean to be as no one, not a single person wants to learn and follow the most basic morality as laws at all, so their behaviour also, so these unnecessary institutions of laws are not correct and conducive to have sound society💯we must learn how to be sober and honest with meeknesses in ways of our lives from the childhoods which would be reflected till one would attend one’s old age certainly as this world doesn’t belong to any living species💯

Due to this issues I got Eustachian Tube dysfunction and poor gut health issues , extremely painful panic attacks , constant suicidal thoughts and what not. In real advocacy is very different such English is only used in supreme court and moot courts are made just to improve the way of using legal terms and boost confidence
