All my work is completely free, I sketch houses with Sketchup + Enscape software, currently I am trying to draw all the ideas in my head, I have not focused on construction documents , hopefully in the future I can include it in the description.

Dishwasher cannot be where it is. The door won't open. For a kitchen this small, I would suggest integrated appliances and built-in stove. I love the wood stove fireplace insert! Thank you 😊
RUN THE SAME FLOORING THRU OUT THE HOUSE. MAYBE TILE IN THE BATH ROOM , BUT L V PLANK IS WATER PROOF AND CAN HANDLE THE ENTIRE HOUSE... DON'T FORGET TO PUT THE TILE BEHIND THE FAUCETS IN THE BATHS AND KITCHEN .THE DISHWASHER CANNOT BE OPENED INTO THE OVEN HANDLE.PULL YOUR SINK OVER ANOTHER 6 " AND SHRINK THE KIT WINDOW DN A LITTLE. SINCE YOU HAVE SO FEW UPPER CABS - USE 42" TALL INSTEAD OF THE SHORTER ONES YOU HAVE THERE NOW... ALWAYS USE DRAWER BASES SINCE YOU WANT THE STUFF COMING TO YOU SO THAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO DIG INTO A DEEP DARK SPACE AS YOU AGE....TRANSFER THE COAT HANGING STUFF TO THE WALL THAT THE GREEN PLANT AND PAINTING IS., BACK OF THE REFRIGERATOR WALL . THERE IS ENOUGH DEPTH FOR A COAT CLOSET THERE INSTEAD OF RIGHT NEXT TO THE FRONT DR. IT GETS MESSY AND FEELS CRAMPED THERE. THIS IS MY FAVORITE TINY HOME SO FAR !
You got to ditch the oversized hood range and put the microwave there as it's not in a very convenient place. A cook with know that the microwave would cause hazards.
There are a couple of overused features that are pretty rather than functional, there's a shortage of kitchen storage, and I miss an entry hall or vestibule. Jasper Tran has shown us better than this.
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. This would be a great starter home for someone or for those who want to downsize. I love the built-ins throughout. My most favorite part is the balcony.❤❤❤❤❤
Super cute. Too small for a two bedroom but perfect for a Mother-in-law cottage, turning one of the bedrooms into a luxury bathroom/dressing room. Then turn the bathroom into a powder room and the shower space into a kitchen pantry by re-working the kitchen layout.
Nice 3 BR, 2.5 bath home. I would add some wall to make entry into the master suite (unfortunately it’s the smallest bedroom in the home) even if means making one enter from the foyer. I need the furniture space. I like everything else about it but would want to add an inset to change out of wet or snowy wet boots at the front door. Laundry room would have to be smaller.
No pantry, no linen closet, no place to keep vacuum, no storage in bathroom..not sure about tv above fireplace. Porch and shower, and second bedroom nice closet. Don't need tiny window in living room.
Mit ein paar Anpassungen und meinen eigenen Möbeln könnte mir dieses Haus gefallen. Das Wohnzimmer ist zu dunkel, Kamin wird nicht mehr notwendig sein mit freier Energie, dafür mehr Fenster, der Rest gefällt mit recht gut. Das kommt in meinen Telegram Kanal als Projekt. Vielen Dank dafür.
