Beware of Forest River/Rockwood/Flagstaff models. Mine had serious manufacturing defects which they admitted to, towed the camper back to the factory, then proceeded to return it to me severely damaged. They've agreed to fix the easy, cheap stuff but not the expensive, important stuff. If you think I'm just one disgruntled customer, take a look at the Better Business Bureau's Forest River page - 1 star out of 5. If I can help just one person not go through the months long agony and financial hardship I have, it will be enough. Thanks for reading.
Not impressed by the factory video. I see disorganization and no cleanliness efforts in place. This factory would never pass a 5s Aerospace cleanliness requirement. The video speaks volume of the quality culture in this facility- which appears non existent.
This was the biggest disappointment for me and my husband. We were made to wait and wait. They made us wait. OVER. 2 years, on list for a. Daytona house . We went to them BEFORE Covid happened, interest rates were good. So we waited to be called. Yes we were called , But NOT PICKED after land choice.Yes we questioned it, So we waited. And after talking with our Margaritaville agent, they claimed that we were not on computer that long! Mean time the house went up 3 times, and I'm sure even more,and now, and the mortgage rates and the house value is NO LONGER affordable to us. I came to reailise through Facebook, many got homes before a year? Why? Hint..some said they paid cash!? Well lesson learned..My advise is don't put your hopes with this development! We lost out waiting for them, and Now are suck due to waiting on Margaritaville!👎. Oh fyi..were STILL on the list 😤

We’ve had several issues arise with our 2021 31RLQS. Kitchen island was replaced,roof leaked,wiring burning and shorted out the control panel, co-ax cable not ran correctly and splitters not tied together, electric stabilizer jacks stopped working, finish coming off of doors.
Two months ago we purchased a Avenger Lt, 17FQS, We have used it on 3 trips total of 12 days, 2 shelves have collapsed, water leak on the kitchen sink drain, Shower wall surround buckling and coming loose, Ever Chill fridge kicks of on worm days and have to reset 3 to 4 times daily and unable to adjust the shelves in the fridge, door to the door does not open far enough, open seam on the roof, exterior siding on the drivers side in front of the slide balloons out, exposed staple heads on finished surfaces with uneven seams at cabinets in kitchen and bathroom, on the front exterior fiberglass glue streaks across the finish, sound bar was installed uneven and so was the heater cover, lower panel in the kitchen that covers water pump had gaps on all sides. In conclusion, terrible fit and finish poor engineering, it looked like there was little quality control just throw it together and get it shipped.

I just bought a brand new Forest River Salem and the build quality is horrifically bad. The trailer is a year old and the roof and one of the sidewalls are separating from the frame. I have multiple points of water intrusion. Add to that, electrical short circuits, blowing fuses, leaking plumbing, exploding plumbing (4X), broken straps on the water tanks, collapsing interior shelves, screws coming up through the floor in 3 places, leaking windows, defective domestic refrigerator (freeze or spoil with no in-between), leaking pin holes in the kitchen sink faucet, both interior doors mounted visible crooked, dinette slide literally falling apart in multiple places, and many more problems. I was unhappy with my servicing dealer who gave me a runaround...so I shopped around for a new service facility. The service writer from one of these centers summed it up perfectly - Service writer: "Did you buy this trailer with a salvage title?" Me: "No Ma'am, this is a brand new travel trailer." Run from Forest River.
I enjoyed the video but as a retired medical professional; I wanted to scream :PANIC BUTTONS ARE NEEDED IN 55 + COMMUNITIES FOR HEART ATTACKS, STROKES, etc.Especially for ppl living alone!
There’s actually numerous showers and baths houses. And as far as trash it’s not far at all. Very convenient kind of gives you something to do each day or every other day whenever you want to do your garbage. Good place to meet other people. There are also three pools so anywhere in the park that you happen to be located you’re going to be close to a pool. I know from experience that when you’re new to a park it’s hard to take it all in in one day it takes at least several days if not a week to really figure out what is wear and that sort of thing.

Travel in the Paradise Cruiser Yea. And her name was different then too. It wasn’t Anna Nicole Smith. Her name use to be Vickie. If you look up her birth name it’s Vickie Marshall. She changed her name when she got famous. I can remember her serving me there quite a few times as a server.
HEY THANKS FOR THE VIDEO!!! my name is Shelley and my husband and i hope to join a Latitudes in the future. Our son is only in his first year of an apprenticeship program that takes 4 years.
