I admire this video,I want to do door to door advertising for work to do for people,yard work,house cleaning,Bush trimming,attic cellar clean out,I enjoy the old ways,I can't stand the idea of schooling every fish the same direction for work,I believe you have to find a more creative way instead,I used to look through the phone book,the kid of work I was experienced with,then 100jobs later,I realize you should do only what you love to do,so if you love it,you must be a pro,so why not just do it,thanks

Hi Tristan, my name is tommy im from london, you said how you liked comments in your videos so i thought this would be a good idea.. my situation as it stands now is not good i left work to study more at home because i didnt feel i was learning enough so today is my last pay day from my previous job i was expecting to have the money i need for my rent which is due tomorrow so i went to my bank and i have £20 in there. last week i bought a weed killer spray and machine to spray with an thought i would go door to door and this would provide me an income to pay my rent and cover me while i study. i went out yesterday and i made £10 with no pitch only my sob story on why im doing this what im studying so because ive no rent money for tomorrow im back at the drawing board finding a new pitch i come across yourself and i am amazed by how informative an help full your videos are so i am writing my script now an perfecting my pitch and demo ect.. i thought i will share this with you and come back this evening and let your know my results.. fingers crossed!
hey im so sorry i was ment to return that evening it was so so hot that day that i didnt even get to the computer.. i perfected a pitch and i thought it was a really good but asoon as i got to each door i didnt have the confidence to embrace what i worked hard forming which was my pitch i had a demo in it and i had honestly worked hard but asoon as i got infront of the door i melted like butter and went back to my sob story and again that day i took home another £10 i then had a bit of luck and now as much as im still interested in the art of selling door to door fortunately im able to stay at home nd study what intended to. All this aside going from not having a clue what to say and learning from these videos and now having a pitch and understanding what it takes to go door to door i have huge respect for not only those who do it but the science behind even the customer selling the product or convincing you they need you to do a job for them! sorry for the late reply again as promised this is how i got on.

A very practical series of videos! However, there's one aspect of selling that you haven't touched upon and that's selling intangible products (: insurance policies, educational material , meta physics) versus tangible products ( perfume, door signs, mobiles).Some sales seminars say that you shouldn't try to close on your 1st attempt when it comes to selling intangible products- you're only there to get information. Is that true? do you think you could delve into this topic bit more ,because it opposes your '4 keys strategy'?
