i was curious since im also doing biology myself and 3 other subjects (i just started year 12) when you think someone should start revising. I have 4 subjects all together however i'd say biology is the one i find most difficult. Do you think i need to revise from the get go to be able to manage all the content or if later on would be fine aswell? I worry about the fact that I'll only be in sixth form for 2 years compared to secondary but i also dont know if theyll give us as much content as we had in secondary which we had 5 years to cover
Sorry if this sound rlly dumb, but don’t you do A-Levels in Year 13 NOT year 12? So what were the results for? Sorry if this sounds dumb and if I’m wrong, love these Vlogs Ani 💜💜💜
hi ani! i've been watching u since i think beginning of yr 8? at least that how much i can rmbr, ik this isnt rly related to the vid but is there like anything i should expect in yr 9? atm tings r js stressful bc we're getting sm hw which we lit never do nd i heard gcse's out of the teachers mouths like a billion times alr 😭tysm if u do end up reading this <3
Hey Ani, I had a general question to ask regarding the study methods. Is it fully reliable to just make flash cards from the study booklets that school gives you or are you required to make further detailed notes using more resources? You see, in highschool it was more different and I relied on RU-vid videos, websites and revision books. And also is it required to get textbooks depending on your subjects or is the booklet given by school everything you need considering they have shorter notes?
Hi, The information in the booklets is fully reliable and you shouldn’t have to look externally for more information. However, I do sometimes use other resources like PMT, chemrevise or miss eustruch for bio to get a better understanding of the topic. Though I do think past paper questions, which you can find on PMT, are the most helpful for exposing yourself to what the exam board can ask you depending on the topic. It is not required that you get textbooks for your subjects. 💗
Hi guys, since lots of ppl are asking about my UCAT - it was an awful experience I hope to never sit a UCAT again in my life and i’m glad its over. My score was much lower than what I wanted but through applying strategically I should be able to get into some med schools, tho it will definitely not be mcr (which i’m ok with). I won’t be sharing my exact score, simply because I dont want to 💗😋 xx
lol I like how everyone is asking about her UCAT but yeah you don’t have to share ur score if you don’t want to but it would be cool is you talked about ur med school application process in a video.
i’m really glad that u posted this because when i got my gcses results i was also in shambles. i was so so so lucky to have gotten a 2.5 in farming and a 12 in viking studies. i love this kind of representation so much!!
year 12 has been a culture shock i swear, i got assigned a massive maths booklet duo for the 30th of september on my 2nd maths lesson, and on my 1st lesson i had an assessment like bro 😭
