It's a big mistake by India to trust the USA. The Deep State of the USA will always be anti India. India must not depend on the USA. It's past record is not a confidence builder.

It is important for the public to bear in mind that the Taiwan Relation Act (1979 ???) and amendments thereto based on 'strategic ambiguity' continues to drive the US-Taiwan relationship. Taiwan is going in for elections in January 2024. We also must be mindful of the strategic importance of Taiwan being central and a pivot on the first chain Islands that keep China boxed in. If it falls to China , nothing will stop China from breaking out towards the Pacific. China's ambition being to ' rejuvenate the middle kingdom by 2049 ' , redeem itself of ' the Century of Humiliation' and 'be a global power challenging US ', it will go extra mile to reunify Taiwan preferably by peaceful means initially failing which resorting to methods other than the same will be adopted . The global trade that passes through the Taiwan strait to northeast Asia is relatively high . China's over 60% of trade transits through the strait. Japan has over 40% of trade passing through the same. India's trade that transits through South China Sea is approximately over 55% of its 95% of maritime trade. The Taiwan strait operates as the main shipping route between China , Japan, the US , and Europe. The South China Sea has over $5tn USD of annual trade that includes half of global daily merchant shipping, a third of oil trade and two third of Liquid Natural Gas transiting through it . This estimate carried through the South China Sea ranges between 20%-33% of the 80% (by Sea) of the global trade by volume. It will certainly give all of us a better perspective if we keep in mind that over 60% of maritime trade passes through the Indo- Pacific . Rgds

I hope more people get to watch this and take the step towards EV. May be then we will see an increase in EV deliverables like subsidy, interest rates and mostly charging stations. A much needed documentation.
