Looking at the (very good) footage/slowmo i would say that fw cab buggy needs some adjustments for better turning. Other cars drift beautifully around the corners. At least, that's how i would prefer it to turn too...
I love mine as well. I put a sensored brushless system in mine as well as having the servo for switching gears and locking the back tires. it can be a very good crawler as well as have some speed for a little bashing. the only issue I ran into early on was breaking my front drive shafts all the time. I did find out that if you have too much grip while steering they snap so easy so limiting your steering helped and I also got the upgraded shafts and havent had an issue since.
Agreed! And your findings with axle breaking due to cornering grip match up with the issues I have had as well..that and the tiny drive pins popping out of the CV retainer spring lol. I have a set of the V2 CVs ready and waiting for it to happen again, good to know they are holding up for you!
@@delidelidone I just happened to look at the V2 CVs. I think I have V1 as I dont remember those metal rings on mine. it was a round spring on mine that would get stretched out very quickly. I fixed this with some shrink tube to hold it all together and it was just flexible enough to not constrict movement. those look much nicer.
