Con el turbo roto con 1.100 caballos y aun así tuvo los huevos de conducirlo para clasificarse. Se nota que apenas podía con el carro después de ver tanto contra volanteo incluso en 3° o 4° marcha.
Regardless if it was making more power or not that thing is was extremely tight. Couldn’t imagine driving something at that speed for hours at a time that beat your hands, arms up and fought you like an old antique tractor in a bumpy field
The car went from 800 hp to 1100 hp and became an uncontrollable demon that only that driver on that historic day could control and break all records disobeying the orders of his superiors. Incredible
I drove this car in Gran Turismo 3 in Sim mode with a logitec G25. It was near impossible to handle. You had to adress the throttle with "Your Royal Highness" up to 4th gear. If you flat out in this car in 3rd gear it gives wheelspin. Still an absolute blast and easily among the top of my all time favourite cars ( among 90CK or the epic R390 GT One).
Guys... On this lap, his wastegate didn't open... Turbo was in absolute full power, this guy didn't cared, goes full throttle anyway and destroyed the speed record. And at this day, no one didn't compete this.
