Captain of a 1981 Najad 37 bluewater sailing yacht. The yacht Scarlet is currently on land for the initial refit and I will be posting several videos on the progress over the coming months. Once launched she will sail to Phuket, Thailand for additional fit-out. Once the refit is completed she will sail the Andaman Sea followed by a sail past Singapore and into the South China Sea.

Mooi verhaal maar de Raymarine AIS700 heeft seriematige problemen met de voeding en aarde. Een oplossing is om een 12volt naar USB3.0 (5volt) en een USB kabel aansluiten op de USB aansluiging van de Raymarine AIS700.
I would think the pump probably can as long as you keep it clean and there's enough battery power to do so. But the question is, do you have enough battery for that?
Ideally yes but I guess if you can get a good gps reception inside then that’ll probably work. Worst case other boats will see your location as less accurate.
That's with the standard kit lens, AF-S NIKKOR 24-120mm f/4G ED VR. The ISO was set to auto for most shots so its not that sharp, but on manual with a lower ISO it would look much better.
Hi Tony, I'm using the Axiom 9", the standard version. It works great, easy to use no negative things to say really. I do most my route planning on it and when sailing i have an old iPad i use to remote control from the cockpit and that works great. Control from the iPad is a little bit slow though but i suspect its because the iPad i use is one of the older models. I'm not sure about the sonar functions as my boat only have a sounder so i have not tested that part. The radar and radar overlay are great and easy to read.
