Unfortunatly the Webex Cloud Agent is not replicating the Webex Traffic exactly. In Webex there is no need for a NAT traversal server or firewall rules to permit audio/video traffic from cloud to enterprise - webex will send UDP packets from cloud to enterprise to source address/port. Thousandeyes Webex Cloud Agents should do the same.

What kind of mental defect sets the new limit to a mere 768k after facing problems at 512k? You'd think someone with half a brain would think of long-term consequences and mitigation after the first event and accordingly plan for capacity...
