Extended cab flareside. Paint and wheels. This thing is sick too sick man texas is crazy. Lol I turned my coolant tank and mounted the same even though I still have an inline 6 4.9. im still waiting for a sullivan intake carb coyote to show up one day.
I always feel like every select shift is in a different spot lol. How come noone goes with paddle shifters??? That would be the whole reason I got a 6r /10r. Quick 6 or whatever it took.
I have the same year and color truck on my channel, mines a single cab with the og 5.0. this is definitely going to your shop soon. I redid my interior, been saving for that motor combo.
I have a 2000 F150 I am doing a coyote swap on. How did you get a Dakota digital gauge cluster for this? They don't seem to sell a cluster for the 10th Gen F150's on their web site. Thank you!
What is up with that that oversized piece of garbage plastic thing covering up what should be a good looking engine. Its amazing how we went from opening up a hood and seeing a engine to opening up the hood and seeing numerous lines running all over and plastic. Bring me back to the oldschool days.
@Oldschoolrules123 old school made about 180hp to the tires this makes 400+ stock, old school needs an aftermarket block to make a 1000hp this needs oil pump gears.. I'll take the plastic cover!
You go with the truck firing order like the earlier 4.6/5.4 modular motors or the mustang firing order. People like me say the gen 2 truck firing is better than mustang and hearing this one I gotta know, sounds more mustang firing order but also like it has cats and mufflers still so hard to say pretty quiet. The truck firing order is supposed to help with low end torque too . The gen 3 intake is cool. Gumby have you used a Sullivan carb intake yet or have any desire to? Or any customer builds maybe. I know its backwards technology to some but I can dig both efi and carb when its done right. I was a forced induction guy until coyote n/a power came along. Now I would just have a nitrous plate for that occasionally need and no forced induction. I'm also in the crazy minority who doesnt oppose a new cast iron block they offer as a possibility.
Its so perfect. What kind of 4wd launches could this setup take? I know the 6r80 is pretty strong, guessing the axles or transfer case . These always look kind of setup for off road. I guess weight is similar to a gen one lightning but those arent 4wd. What could these run full effort all out in a 1/4 mile without breaking parts? Similiar to 2020 4wd f150s I would assume but this bronco really should do better maybe.
It won't survive 4x4 without a fully upgraded front end. The stock TTB suspension isn't going to like lots of traction in 4x4 even if it was strong enough. Broncos are very heavy so they don't have as much potential to be fast
I think the gen 2 or a gen 3 bare block from Ford with 6r80 is the most simplest swap out there . I like the gen 2 without the direct injection and f150 firing order. I really want to get a junkyard gen 2 and slap the Sullivan carb intake on it and run fast xfi ignition with 6r80.
How much can I expect to spend on a swap like this? I have 1995 Ford F150 4x4 that I’d like to swap a coyote 5.0 into and keep it 4x4. I have a good chunk of cash saved up but I live in Arkansas. May need to haul it down there to you guys
@@TexasSpeedLabPerformance thank you Gumby! Would this set up work meanwhile in a stock 351? I tore it apart already since i needed a new radiator so still haven’t but the stock fan clutch back on
