And even more incredible, my brother and my wife's brother's birthday is also on the same day, September 21. Imagine the typical conversation when a couple meets, (and what horoscope are you?)😂😂😂
Ray, congratulations to your parents, it is very rare for couples to coincide with their birthdays, in fact I haven't met any until now, I also have my birthday on the same day as my partner, July 14, I'm 72 and she is in 74😬🙄♥️
Thank you Regis for watching and for learning this fun song with me!! I appreciate your time and kind words!! Thank you so much!! I look forward to learning more songs together. If you have a link to you playing the drums, post it Here. I would love to see it. Cheers!! Ray
Hi Alex. I'm finishing up "Don't you forget about me" by Simple Minds, but I'll do a Part 1 of Nothing to Fear with the parts that I know. It will be next on the list. Cheers and Thank you again for watching my little channel. Ray.
Thank you so much for watching my Live Stream. I am so happy you decided to learn "Somebody " it's such a beautiful song!! I know you will learn it and play it. Thank you again. Ray
Hi, Ray, my town is called Torrent, about four miles from Valencia, my town alone, when I was younger there were four discos, we finished school classes on Fridays, we left our books and changed our clothes and went to the disco, there was an afternoon and evening session and we did routes from town to town through different discos, when they did specials on all these 80s groups in an old man some Depeche Mode special and it was the whole session with songs, video concerts, etc. another special week of The Cure or U2 Simple Minds, the best years of my life with the best music.❤
I see you on RU-vid, in old videos the subtitles appear and in others they don't, in this last live they did appear and it was a real party to have followed you live, and yes I love The Cure, I grew up with all that music from a very young age here in Valencia in my land there were many clubs and when we were 12 or 13 we were already going to them, Depeche Mode, Propaganda, Yazoo Bauhaus, invisible limits
Thank you, Benjamin, for the information about the subtitles. I want everyone to be able to learn these songs with me. Yazoo is Amazing!! I need to learn "Don't Go" or "Only You". Thank you for joining Me on the Live Stream. See you soon!! Ray
Thank you for all your kindness and encouraging words. I truly appreciate you and I can't wait to learn more songs together!! You were going to clubs at 12 and 13?? That must have been amazing!! I am very lucky that there are many 80's clubs here in Los Angeles. VIVA LA 80'S MUSICA!!
Thank you for watching and for your kind words. I can't wait to learn more of "Nothing to Fear" and sharing what I learn. Thank you again for your time and I look forward to learning more songs together. Cheers!! Ray

Hola Benjamin!! Yes!! I was there at The Pasadena Rose Bowl on June 18, 1988. I was only 17 years old. It was the beat concert ever!! I was very Lucky that Depeche Mode plays in Los Angeles so much!! Have you seen Depeche Mode Live?? Ray
¡¡Muchas gracias!! Ray

@natedionne. Greetings!! I wanted to let you know that on Today's Live stream (Episode 100), I'm going to take my FIRST LOOK at "Nothing to Fear". I have never played this song before, but I love it so much, I can't wait to learn it. Thank you for the suggestion and I hope you can watch it when you have time. I'll do a formal tutorial when I learn the song properly. Thank you so much. Ray
@erndog64 Awesome!! I loved the San Jose Show!! I was up in Sacramento then San Jose. What an Awesome Tour!!! Sister of Night LIVE!! That was so good!! Cheers!! Ray
@RayLunaMedia I saw the violator and songs of faith and devotion tour. After the SOFAD tour I met Martin and Alan at a club in Palo Alto. That was cool!
Thank you so much. I want to Master each song and know all the little hidden melodies and bass lines. It's so much fun to "Play" the entire arrangement BY YOURSELF. I don't know how to explain it. It feels like nothing on Earth when you get the syncopation "Right". I really enjoy the challenge. Hope you enjoy it as well. Thank you again for all your kind words and support!! Cheers!! Ray
Thank you so much, Rachel for watching and for your kind words..It's such a beautiful song. I look forward to learning more songs together! Cheers!! Ray
You are welcome, NetYoda!! Thank you so much for watching and for your kind words. Your comments are so positive and encouraging. I truly appreciate it. Cheers!! Ray
Great job there Ray! I love the way you play it warts and all, showing me that perfection is not required when practising! Also, we need to remember that DM used 3 synths to play a part like this. Obvs Fletch (RIP) played the easy bits ;) I'll be having a play with this later, but will probably end up sequencing the left hand. Off to look through your other stuff! Thank you!
Wow!! Thank you so much. You totally Understand what my channel is about!! I want to become a better musician, so I'm "Challenging Myself:" to play as many parts as I can by myself. (Baseline and Melodies plus Vocals). But at the same time I can teach the "Parts" for people who want to program it and make their own covers. So this way I become a better musician and hopefully a better "Teacher" as well. Thank you so much for your time and for learning these Timeless Classic Songs with me!! Cheers!! Ray
