this looks very annoying to play. Yeah, a recorded nice run looks fun. But if you were to play this by yourself you would get stopped every 2 seconds by an absolute avalanche of obstacles
you have to enter in the configurations of the mod and change the "Disable" to "Enable" in the gameplay section the "DLC Edition" configuration (idk if i explained myself good)
Most of the changes to music and visuals were very clearly "What if this was more Sonicy????" and it seems very lazy. I think Silent Forest's dead grass is a good fit for Zor's apathetic personality, but Lava Mountain instead being MADE out of all the planet's energy is SO GOOD
Why is it that ALL the japanese voice actor choices fornyhese characters are near perfect? And we even have some heavy hitters, like Koji Yusa for Shadow, Daisuke Ono for Silver and of course Junichi Kanemaru for Sonic.
something about sonic abruptly stopping in place in this video makes me imagine he ran past big, saw him out of the corner of his eye, then immediately stopped and turned around like "...BIG???"
im not sure why the video is saturated but it looks quite nice it has that tokyo game show feel you would know if you have seen the sonic 06 tokyo game show on youtube
It'd be nice if P-06 had the accurate Japanese translations for the dialgoue as a subtitle option - between the English and Japanese script for Sonic games, I tend to prefer the Japanese - Sonic Frontiers being the first game where I prefer a mix of both.
This mod makes no longer the game itself copying Mario elements and look at the Time Limit they change as well and even they change the Level design and when you grab a wisp & Activated no longer tells you "drill down" 17:44
I'm in the middle of making a video about why I think Neo Metal Sonic was a character with a lot of potential but got wasted, and literally have an entire section about musing how cool it would be to have a mod that replaces Wyvern with Overlord... THEN I FIND THIS VIDEO. Amazing
Sonic's Japanese VA was a English teacher yet he still pronounces some words ( I'm not gonna say wrong) awkward...and this is coming from someone whose mother tounge wasn't English... I dunno maybe it has to do something with his own language
I think this eastern egg should be added in Sonic P-06 stage mods (the project wildfire i think sorry if I say the name wrong) in future if the mod creator get time
Between this game and Frontiers I'm starting to headcanon Big as a universal constant of immense power. He's still a goofy guy tho love him. My little wumbus.
