In almost every city, there's a part in it that's kept to house the mentally ill, drug addicts and other individuals that have no condition of improving one's self. We could all say we help or provide what is needed etc. Please, SF keeps these people the way they are in order to have fundings continue to come. It's almost like easy money. This neighborhood is already at the 3rd World level.
It's even more spectacular in person but they don't allow pictures. It's a very secure building and not easy to get into. It's all business. Typically Midtown attitude. Money, money, money.🗽💩

This was uploaded during summer of 2021, there was a Covid spike. Not sure if this happened in other cities but I remember when the spike happened, restriction boosted and no one went anywhere or did anything.
Tenderloin,WAY WORSE NOW! in the '90's ,it was rough, but criminal rough, now,it is CRAZY rough! Big difference! Back then , the dealers/ loiterers would have kept all the tent cities filled with PSYCHOTIC meth heads out.Bad for business . Now, people crap in the streets and run amok! Back then,it was crime, not crazies. Give me criminal over crazy any day! YOU SET UP A HOMELESS CENTER LIKE A BIG ABANDONED BUILDING OF SOME SORT AND YOU FORCEFULLY REMOVE THEM AGAINST THEIR WILL IF NEEDED AND PUT THEM IN THIS BUILDING, IT COULD BE A MILITARY STYLE TYPE BARRACKS THAT IS ABOUT A 100 MILES OUT FROM THE LARGE CITIES YOU FOUND THEM AND YOU FORCE THEM TO CLEAN UP, THOSE WHO WONT , YOU JAIL THEM, THOSE WHO ARE MENTALLY ILL, YOU PLACE THEM IN THE MENTAL WARDS WHERE THEY CAN GET THE TREATMENT THEY DESERVE, EVERYDAY PPL. WHO WORK FOR A LIVING DO NOT WANT TO ENCOUNTER THESE PPL. GOING TO AND FROM WORK OR SCHOOL. THEY ARE SICK OF SEEING THEIR TENTS PLACED ON THE SIDEWALKS OR IN HIGH RENT BEACH COMMUNITIES IN CALIFORNIA, WE ARE SICK OF SEEING THEIR SYRINGES UP AND DOWN SIDEWALKS AND SEEING THEM PISS AND CRAP ALL OVER THE SIDEWALKS OF SAN FRANCISCO, LA, AND OTHER LARGE CITIES. YOU REMOVE THEM AND FORCE THEM TO CLEAN UP AND THEN RETURN ONCE THEY BECOME CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS OF SOCIETY, THIS IS THE ONLY WAY. THIS PROBLEM GETS WORSE IF LEFT TO GO ON THE PATH ITS ON OR IGNORING IT AND DOING NOTHING.
