hey! super exited too build this for my girlfriend, I was just wondering how thick the wood panels you guys used are, I live in Europe so we have a lot off different sizes, just don't want too make it too thin or thick. great video and amazing explanation from yall.
6:30 minutes into the video ---> Anti fog: cheap store brand shaving cream/foam. Same main ingredient as anti fog spray for a fraction of the price, and you get a lot more.
Hi Shanty. I watch you all the time and I love your plans. I have a question please, how can I make these lounge chairs HIGHER? I have a bad back and knees. Thank you for your knowledge and it gives me inspiration that a woman can build also.
Haha good eye 😂 one of my other ones petered out so I needed to buy a new one and wanted to try the Hart drill! We love it. Very similar to Ryobi as far as feel goes… and cheaper 😅😂
$60 before this inflation 😂. I love it though. Thinking about going to get some wood and build one. Few years back built some patio chairs and EVERYONE keeps asking me where I bought them, then I tell them I built them, and then they ask me to build them a set 😂. But I seriously do want to give this table a go. I have an empty spot on our patio that needs something.
I have this in my plans so I’m happy I found this video! I’m making mine rectangular and may leave the hardware off but I love everything else. Thank you!
If you add enough outdoor paint, it will last. I built few chairs from construction lumber few years back, coated them in every crevice. I do shed them during winter, but no sign of any rot. I actually had to replace few boards on the kids playset that was treated wood, but these chairs still look new. Obviously if you chip the paint you have to make sure you touch it up immediately. If you weren't going to protect them, yes you are correct, but if you protect it, your all good.
Bloopers at the beginning, bloopers at the end, & a cool piece of furniture in the middle. Well done as always guys!!! And... I'm still #teambringbackthetoolbelts LOL!!! Hoping all is well, Dirty Jersey out!!
Seems like you all rushed the video compared to your normal builds....left more questions than answers but with that said ya all are still silly and fun to watch
Please note, ladies: A Twin XL mattress is 79.5" - 80" long; width or depth s/b 38.5". THICKNESS must be known when you build a custom bed frame for it. So: a Twin XtraLong and a California King have different lengths, the CalKing, a different width as well.
