Your competitors are creating higher output inverters because the market needs them. Please look into that. Also improve the maximum and European efficiencies of your inverters. target 98% or at least 97%. 93-94% in 2024 at your price points is no longer acceptable. See the new goodwe EO series off grid inverter for example.
Thank you for your valuable feedback! We understand the importance of higher efficiency and output, and we’re actively working on improving these aspects. Your input is essential in helping us better meet market expectations.
I went to epever website and I saw UC, KR, KP series are so similar that I wondered why you created inverted versions that have basically the same specifications. It makes choosing the correct option for one's need almost impossible.
Hi there, thank you for your question! Although the UC, KR, and KP series share some core specifications, they are tailored for different applications: UC Series: Designed for maximum versatility, it supports both grid-tied and off-grid setups, and includes features like dual AC output and parallel operation, making it suitable for both residential and commercial energy storage systems that require robust performance under varying conditions. KR Series: Built for stability, the KR series is optimized for applications that don't require grid feed-in capability but still demand reliable energy management. It's perfect for residential and commercial environments where stability and protection are key. KP Series: Focused on simplicity and efficiency, the KP series offers a streamlined, single-channel AC output, ideal for installations where straightforward energy conversion is needed without the complexities of parallel operation or grid feed-in. @@adon8672 heavy load will turn off when no Sun and batteries are going to discharge. Smart load will remain ON to run lights fan and light load. Heavy load goes OFF to save battery power at night. Otherwise both support full load. But heavy load like AC Owen etc connected to heavy load consume more energy from battery. That’s why it goes OFF and smart remain ON
Both output terminals share the inverter’s total rated output power. One output is designated for important loads, and the other for secondary loads. When the battery charge is low, the secondary load output will be disconnected first to ensure that important loads remain powered. This prioritization allows the important loads to run as long as possible while protecting the battery.
Hello there, thank you for choosing our EPEVER products. Please don't connect two XTRA-N G3 charge controllers in parallel as that may damage the controller.

I have a 3kw 24v Epever inverter and a 100A Epever charge controller. Both communicate with the wifi adapter. From the solar guardian app, only the production graph appears on the "overview" page, but the consumption graph does not appear, why?
Come mai?
Hi there, the inverter does not track consumption data. If your controller is connected to loads, it will calculate consumption. From your description, it seems that there are no loads connected to the controller, which is why you're not seeing consumption data on the Solar Guardian app's main page.

Thank you for the excellent video! I also have a question: Why doesn't the main display in your unicorn series show power in watts? Most customers find wattage information important but it show current and voltages you need to open PV or load to see the power in wattage.
Thank you for your appreciation and for reaching out with your question! In the UC colorful-screen series, the main display focuses on showing the voltage and current, which are primary readings. The power in watts, while not directly displayed on the main screen, is calculated based on these voltage and current values and can be viewed on the secondary screens for the PV and Load. This design choice helps to simplify the main display while still providing detailed power information through a few extra steps. We understand the importance of viewing wattage directly and appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve future product designs. Thank you for choosing our products!
Hello, to determine if the battery is fully charged, you can compare the float charge voltage specified in the battery's specification sheet with the battery voltage displayed on the LCD screen. If the battery has entered the float charge stage, it is nearly fully charged.
@Epever I still don't understand what that means. The voltage and amp reading change often and even though the display is showing a full battery, the moment the sun goes down it shows half charged.
@@randomuser942464 Hello, you can determine if the battery is fully charged by referring to the battery voltage displayed on the LCD screen in real-time. For instance, at 4:19 in the video, the battery voltage is 13.8V, which indicates that it is in the float charge stage. At this point, the battery is fully charged, and the charge controller is maintaining it at the optimal voltage for battery health. The battery icon indicating charge level might not be very accurate, so we recommend using the voltage reading to assess the battery's charge status.
@Epever right but when night falls or you cut the power flowing to the batteries the volts drop typically to 12.7v and the battery indicator shows half full. They are new batteries so I know they're good, I just don't know wether the readings are off, the batteries don't get fully charged, or if I'm misunderstanding something.
@@randomuser942464 You can determine if the battery is fully charged by checking if the controller is in the float charge stage, charging with a small current. And it's normal for the battery voltage to drop when there is no PV input; this depends on the battery's characteristics.
Hello. I have installed 5500watt unicorn series. Two pv inputs 5/5 panels two strings. What sitting I should select in PV mode selection 1- single 2- parallel? What should I select for two stings
The maximum power load for the controller is calculated by multiplying the discharge current by the battery voltage. The Tracer-AN requires operation with a battery.
@@entertainmentchannel5107 The maximum power load for the DC output is calculated by multiplying the discharge current of the controller by the battery voltage. However, when connecting a load, it is also important to ensure that the surge power of the load does not exceed the maximum output power of the controller.
You can set up the no-battery mode by following these steps: 1. Power on the inverter/charger and wait for the home screen to appear. 2. Press and hold the "ENTER" button to access the password interface. 3. Enter the correct password (default is 0000) to access and modify the parameters. 4. Hello, the HP series 65A inverter is currently only available in a 220V version, and does not support 127V. Thank you for your interest, and please stay tuned for future product updates. Thank you.
Greetings I have an Epever 2210AN with a bank of two sealed 12volt 110 amp batteries in series. Where did you place the temperature sensor? About a single battery? Or how would it be to install the temperature sensor on the two batteries to monitor both at the same time?
Connect the plug end of the remote temperature sensor directly to the temperature sensor interface on the controller. Attach the metal probe end to the surface of the battery. We recommend placing the probe near the part of the battery that tends to heat up more. Using thermal grease at the contact point between the probe and the battery can improve the accuracy of the measurements. The Tracer-AN controller has only one temperature sensor port, so it can monitor only one battery at a time and cannot simultaneously track multiple batteries.
Did you guys break the App again ? Every few months, and you take this down and know one knows how to get it back working. This is why I'm only buying Victron and EG4 now.

Hola buenas tardes, lo puse en todo múltiple y no carga de los paneles y lo puse en all single y ahí funcionó , que estará pasando tendré problema en esa modalidad?
Hello there, to help us diagnose the issue, please contact our support team at support@epever.com and provide the following information: 1. The wiring method of the PV panel (or a schematic diagram). 2. The configuration of the PV panel. 3. The specifications label on the PV panel. Thank you.
Yes, both single and dual PV arrays are supported. When connecting only one PV array, please ensure to set the “PV mode” to “ALL MULTIPLE” on the LCD screen. When the MPPT Voltage is greater than 200V, each input can handle up to 3000W, for a total of 6000W. If you have any questions about the settings, please don't hesitate to contact our support team at support@epever.com.
Hello there, one WiFi module is sufficient for a single device (controller/inverter/inverter charger). First, you will need a 2.4G WiFi router. The WiFi module needs to connect to this router in order to access the server. The second and third steps involve configuring the WiFi module with the SSID and password of the 2.4G WiFi network, enabling the WiFi module to connect to the router and thus to our server for communication. In the fourth step, connect your smartphone to your home WiFi, and the app will be able to communicate with the server, allowing you to monitor and configure the device using the app.
@@sahrullaharsyad3864 Hi there, if you need to remotely monitor the device, the WiFi module must be always connected to the router. Otherwise, remote monitoring will not be possible.
@@Epever I really don't know about that, but I have equipped the router and everything is connected well and now I can monitor from quite a distance wherever I am thnks
