Start eating more veggies... don't have to be only bhagi ... when you include veggies everyday with your meals you would not get fedup ... eat everything in moderation

Lyndon I am glad that you and Mr Sana highlighted the the throwing of garbage on the roads of Caura,I saw a vlog where the river was clean due to the height of covid and I am thinking oh the river will once again come alive there are not much people only these four men and a young boy ,guess what my thinking stop all of a sudden when I saw those four men and the young boy having beers and a coke only to leave the empty bottles in the river ,the government needs to enforce the liter act when these people goes to the river to have their river lime ,trust me go on a long weekend and you will see what these people does on the river banks and in the river .
We had a furniture factory 🏭 N Marabella where the workers use all types of wood material to make all kinds of furniture's we use to ship lumbers abroad as well
Farmer Harry is quite correct mahogany and cypre is for making furniture such a lovely place I went there many times to church I am from marabella but I will be visiting there soon my Dad use to carry us up there since we were children especially when anyone is ill enjoy guys
