Hi, could you pls tell a gto range at HU 15bb from SB, but without limps(only minraise and shove). Wizard shows narrowing range in 3-max(from 60 to 53%) and it must be the same in HU , but for how much exactly?
I think it would be helpful to address your thoughts on what happened here. Did your theory hold up or were you too aggressive defending and trying to dominate the table. Ty, Seriously you did good, Cheers and blessings ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-UKA9cvEgOm8.html&ab_channel=KalipokerTV-PokerReplays
I think it's most of us haha. I've probably got one of the highest GTO% on DTO Cash at this point in time, sitting at 76%, yet this means I am making an EV loss 1 in 4 hands. Crazy stuff. Hope you enjoyed and learnt a thing or two : )
K9 checks more on 9854 because if your opponent has k then you are getting everything on k river, so you are less afraid of high cards. However q9, j9, t9 need a little bit more protection since your opponent has 6 outs if he has ak.
At 100BB on ABx boards UTG vs BB - Checks 14%, bets small 21%, medium 31%, 26% large, 8% overbets but BTN vs BB - Checks 21%, bets small 58%, medium 6%, 6% large, 8% overbets I am struggling to figure out why... On the Button on As Th 2s - is basically range betting small 93% rarely betting medium or large but UTG on this same board never bets small, and mainly bets medium 27% and large 36%. Any thoughts? Thanks!
we can basically mix between small betting and check on these mono boards. never bet big. check intuitive hands for the most part, though second pair and crappy bluffs are betting more than i thought
if you're not shoving any hands the button is supposed to raise a lot more often. Not shoving here isn't the worst thing you can do but frankly: why not? the hands that do shove all benefit a lot from just going all in. omitting just 1 combo from that range won't change things very much in theory of course. But then again 98s just benefits so much from folding out hands that dominate you. And if you do get called you have really good equity against AQ/AK or lower pairs which make up a significant part of their calling range.
@@shijianqi2839 ICM is just a model. If we applied the ICM model to situations our strategy would drastically change in any spot. Whether it's raising first in or cbetting. The problem however is that ICM is a poor model for tournaments. cEV is much more appropriate until the late stages of the tournament
