I recommend never caulking solar screens or screens of any type for that matter. Bugs will get in regardless. Caulking them on makes it extremely difficult to remove without cutting them out.

So Textelene rolls are less likely to have defects? I've been rolling with Suntex for many years now and lately, it seems like I constantly have manufacturer defects and knots from what I assume is an error from the machine that weaves the material. Also seems like the orange tabs used to mark the errors are often misplaced, in the wrong spot, or not even there. It's nothing new, but as you know these rolls can get expensive and it can be frustrating constantly looking for these errors, especially on larger screen orders or rooms.
Textiline has defects from time to time as well. I noticed more from the other place you mentioned, that and the fact they started sourcing the core from China, made it easy to jump to Twitchell

Hey Randy? very well understood the visibility but what about heat between 80 and 90? Also, what is the air flow comparation between the 80 and 90? Thanks.
From personal experience, the 80 allows the air to flow without restriction. The 90, however, very little air flow unless you add a fan to the window. As far as heat, 1-2° difference.
@tashalicious79 my opinion..light. 90 is a dark tight material, 95 even more. 95 is most effective as a rolldown shade but some use it to make fixed Solar Screens. Very dark and somewhat difficult to see through

We are designing a section that will provide custom cutting with mitered corners. We will then send 4 aluminum inside corners for that. The current Kits are designed for those who have no miter saw or not sure how to use one.
Adams aluminum does too. They serve like 10 states, based out of mandeville, lousiana. Did sub work for them for a couple years. But yes, that porch was a cake job lol 😅
