Im commiting to quitting today. But, I've got to admit... this is nearly an every day commitment that I keep breaking. I'm going to stop kidding myself though. I've said half the things you've said in this video to myself, but its really about action I realize. I think my vice is coffee and mary jane... I think i have to drop it all.
Just had my last cigarette 30 min ago. This video gave me a lot of motivation. Got a baby girl on the way due in 2 months. I need to change this lifestyle. 30 yrs old been smoking since i was 16. Just feel very unhealthy and tired of it, need a change. Wish me luck. I’ll come back and post my progress 💪🏼
