Great release on my forearms. A lot of tension builds up from holding my iPhone. This wringing of the forearm muscles is so pleasurable, thank you.

This is one of the best lessons to feel the ground forces move from the feet up the calf, the thigh, and the side of the sacrum and transfer to my ribs, neck, and head. Voila, it frees up my neck and shoulders through my feet; simply amazing!

very little data at the time. Making it rather difficult to find the desired results. Would it be possible to include/add the area of the body the episode addresses in the description and or header? Thank you.

Hi Donna . once you have done the basic movements it's simple . Raise shoulder ,lower hip . Raise hip lower shoulder etc etc . Thanks for the lesson ,I enjoy them

I was taught to expand my stomach when I inhale. You confuse me when you say "Expand your stomach as you exhale.".

Yes, this can be a bit confusing. Feldenkrais lessons often go against the current, I recommend doing this action. anyway. It helps up to interrupt habits and patterns. This often results in newfound freedom and ease. I hope you receive some interesting improvements.

I am confused "put your hand behind your kneecap. " do you mean behind the leg at the knee or on your shin below the knee, and in either case my fore arm governs the distance between my elbow and my knee there is no way they can almost touch. "Bring your knee closer to your elbow but not touching." ?

when I am doing the left leg(kness) side ,each time i bring my elbow to the knees ,I feel my body is getting bigger ,my spine is getting longer within me .

Its been years since I met Donna in the Baltimore cert. class. Feldenkrais Method has benefitted uncounted numbers of my clients who have been frustrated with other practices and therapies. It is also the first self healing I turned to after a horrific concussion a few years ago.
