I hope they have a faster way of filling the tank than what was shown in beginning. I saw a lot of air in the product which would make it spit the product out when filling the canisters. We used to fill AP sticks like this years ago. I noticed no gloves, hairnets, masks and arm sleeves being worn. I guess it’s o.k. to wear street clothes when filling liquids. We wore fresh clean uniforms. The cooling tunnel is identical with the doors and tracking so as to pull samples, check weights and monitor the jars for spilling. We had portable heat guns mounted downward to eliminate bubbles and give the product smooth “ black ice “ look
Hi Patrick, this is a testing video we made for the customer to inspect the machine. During the mixing process will have smaller bubbles it is normal. But as the filling machine's material is under the tank bottom where there is no bubble. You have noticed no wearing gloves, hairnets because this is not a real batch production status. The video is to show customer how these machine line up. Sometime smaller air bubble could still occur during the filling process.that is where the hot air gun to reduce bubble before entering the freezing cooling tunnel. 😄The difference mainly 2: one is this air cleaning machine will blow and suck at the same time, the other vacuum only have suction. Two is this machine is installed with device to remove static electricity in the air before it goes into the bottle.
