Lots of your own generalizations here. We let our helper(s) take alternative days off and nights out...but they rather work work work. I compare their work to like if in the Army: Work before sunrise to beyond sundown. I've seen domestic helpers YT channels and they are making vids on hiking or neighborhood strolls...they must have it nice.
So many helpers are passive and will of course work those kinds of hours incase their boss says something. Just because some are hiking on their one day (12 hours off) doesn't mean there are tons of unfortunate helpers not in worse situations. Would you do their work? I wouldn't.
not everyone is honest how can a landlord knows how much the tenants earns a month? either you hire someone to do it or you do it yourself. as a landlord my self i would choose fix amount also im meticulous choosing my tenants i make sure that tenants can afford it or his business can survive.
The landlord can look at the business's revenue. As I said I'm a layman so it's just an idea for flexibility. You can still be meticulous but you can't anticipate a pandemic or city wide problems.
Revenue can be modify unless you have access through their main server or a software where every sales ull get a report. when it comes to pandemic and city problems i adjust the price but not alot and this is the reason why im choosy about my tenants, for example there are 2 applicants 1 is salon the other is a franchise Fast food, which do you think i will pick hehe.
Even today, some HKers still think themselves better, smarter and more advanced than the mainland Chinese. They have done nothing over the years to improve themselves. When there’s a typhoon, everyone cheers because they don’t have to go to work/school😂😂 Have you been to the mainland in recent years? Customers services there are way better than in HK. The mainland keeps improving. HK people blame the China and HK governments and everyone but themselves.
I did not know of his passing until you had made this video. I remember when you had interviewed him during the livestream. He seemed like such a nice person. Sad to hear of his passing.
Things have changed so much in Hong Kong. This is eerily reminding me of NYC. High rents, vacant buildings for rent in the commercial areas, businesses both large and small closing. Post pandemic and companies struggling to get employees to come back into the office has taken its toll on things.
Ironic, since years ago, the pretentious HKongers were angry about Chinese from mainland coming to HK to spend. This is karma for the arrogance. Live and learn.
@@JonathanJK I am a Malaysian who have been doing business in HK and China for years and I agree with him. Hong Kong people have been looking down on Mainland Chinese for decades and derogatory refers them as THE BIG GREEN MAN (innocent and stupid). Now China is rich, modern and developed, it is the other way now - that's KARMA.
@@JonathanJK Stereotype goes both ways, When HongKongers and you label Mainlanders a certain way as a whole ; They will label HongKongers and the city a certain way as a whole. HK's situation today is just the result.
That's really interesting. I know that here in New York, some landlords get tax credits for unrented space, so they really don't have any incentive to lower the rent. By the way the eye feature is really cool, looks completely natural.
When I come to Hong Kong, my favourite thing is to walk the streets exploring. Last time I was there I found some escalators which took me up the mountain. From there I walked up to the Peak which was a bit much.
Being so used to hearing Greg speak Cantonese, it’s actually “weird” to hear him speak English! Soooo much respect for him mastering Cantonese! Really sorry he was in such a dark place that he had to take his own life!😢 RIP Greg!🙏🙏🙏
Great video JK I would say give it a few years with the bluetooth standard. I'm not an expert in bluetooth but i've experienced those limitations also.
Awesome video, I have 2 concerns regarding the Momax, I’m worried that the continuous magnetic charging damages the iPad or cause some short of short circuit, does it stop charging once it’s done? Also, how good is the palm rejection? I’m going to be using it for taking notes. I’m pretty much puzzled, do I go for a Momax TP7, or the new USB C Apple Pencil?
I’ve just bought a second TP7 (and still have the first one). It connects in exactly the same as the Apple Pencil and is just as good for my needs which is audio editing. I notice no lag or odd palm rejection issues ever. The only negative is the lack of double tap but I can live without it considering the price difference. That feature alone isn’t worth the Apple Tax.
Wish to see the last epic series made in 2020, about a sort of disease outbreak, will be aired. Also a dignify memorial service organised to honor Mr Rivers' . 🙏💐🎆
