Easy to get into a rut of negativity. Your videos and guided meditations been really helping but hadn’t done them for a couple of days and feeling discombobulated. Just shows need to try and build into daily routine. Thank you Hayley

Yes, years ago i installed a red light in the back of my head. I know there is some one in my head, behind a black curtain who will ativate that light, so that even in the heath of the battle, i will be warned, and have to pull back.
Sounds like you did need it! Just allow yourself to go with the flow if you feel like you're going to sleep. Your body knows what you need so listen to it and know you will experience all that needed anyway.
