Nice work ! I have the same or similar 186F engine mounted on a Simplicity snowblower, but unfortunately mine came with the 25.00mm crankshaft even though the listing said it would be 1". I'm having trouble finding pulleys with a 25mm bore. I might have to do the split-tapered hub & pulley setup. Or use shim-stock on 1" pulleys. Can I ask how you did yours ?
What is the TPYE of reel (name)? How do you cast this reel? How do you keep the line distributed across the spool? I notice it does t have a bar like a level wind.
Put that lube tube in a sandwich bag. If not someday you'll open your MINTY BOX to find your not so mint lube tube has leaked . And your Wrench 🔧 will be laughing . 😮 😂
Hi.Thanks for the video. Can you recomand some book or lerning materials for learning more abou hydraulics. Thnaks, and please make some video s like this.
What did that motor come off of? I can't help but notice the bw-340 mark on the housing. I am trying to find a good number for my Ford 340 skidsteer. The eaton 1031085-012 is too slow its brand new, my old motor was a 1031085-010.
excellent review, well you are not comparing apples to apples, the camekoon reel is cheaper compare to the accurate but still works as good..I have daiwa ,shimano, jigging reels and also Camekkon, and it performs as good as the others..I greased the drags with some Carl's drag grease, although works a little smoother there is not much difference between before and after it runs smooth.. and yes it will give you close to 70lbs of drag...Tested!!
Thanks for the review. I prefer the drag range of the camekoon. Sometimes when a shark takes the fish I want to lock the drag and I can do that easier with the camekoon. I've had a few lever drags where the drag range is so small I need to use the preload adjustment screw while fighting a fish, not fun.
The drag on the Camekoon is just as smooth as the Accurate if you use a little Calstar Drag Grease on the drag washers. Camekoon actually has a very strong drag compared to the Accurate . I have the Chinese GOMEXUS FX and it is virtually the same reel .
Thank you for sharing; I just picked one of these reels not as good condition as yours but still very well cared for. I've been doing a little collecting (most of what I collect I buy to fish with) it is a joy to take apart these reels and be amazed at the workmanship that went into building reels of this kind.
