There were full sized trucks on the lake last weekend (Feb 21st). The ice was about 9 inches thick fairly close to the boat launch, so I definitely wouldn't take a truck on there myself.
I haven't much. I work at a shop that has a cnc now. I slapped it together in an afternoon, so it's very much a prototype. Because it's mainy aluminum it is really light, so it bounces fairly easily, so it's hard to get the torch height even. If the hinges were more secure (welded or bolted) rather than rivets, and a little weight added to the back it would be great, that and a table with slats.
