I’ll try to make this short. 2013 my wife gave birth to our 3rd child. We prepped to bring her home but she got severely sick. She was flown to another hospital. All the tests gave no answers. We prayed like never before. God asked me “If I take your daughter from you, am I still God to you” I was broken. But my answer was still YES. We continued to pray and for ten days we didn’t know if she’d make it. All of a sudden she woke up and all tests were normal. Doctors were in awe. I praised my God in front of them. I knew what made her better. She’s 11 now and no signs of ever being so close to death. I hope this encourages someone today. Keep praying. Keep believing.
Thank you for this. I tell myself this daily and I was beginning to think, “bro you’re kidding yourself!” People say I’m brainwashed. One thing that has been constant in my life is trial and challenge, but GOD is just as equally faithful. So it does get easier, if and when surrendering all to HIM. My work truck went down three weeks ago, engine apparently was blown. This is after 9k in repairs. Mechanic shop never cranked it and when they did the engine knocked. This is after two and a half years of constant challenge and things beginning to look good for our business. Now I’m being patient while seeking employment. Patience, yes, resilience yes, trust and having faith in GOD, yes. Trials will birth and grow these things. I guess my question is why has the challenges, misfortune, trials and tribulations been constant in my life? What am I not learning that it continues over and over again. It’s unrealistic, and therefore I know that this amount of opposition cannot be of this world. I am a minister of the LORD, a soldier for Christ. Teacher of the WORD, Christian artist, and I Coach young people on and off the field/court. This message is confirmation that the LORD is preparing me for something ahead. For trials: They can suck and they can wear you out. You must stay with the Lord, seeking him in your daily devotion, let His word speak to you, and then follow through in obedience. And, you must have a battle buddy, for when you are down, someone can give you a hand to get back up...share the burden. Where 2 or more believers are...I am with you! Questions: I was thinking... How do you hide 600 men in the country side without being noticed? How do you move through the country side without being noticed? Can you imagine 600 men walking through Minneapolis MN and not being on anyone's radar or talk of the town. Only God!
Most, not all, of my trials are a result of my poor decisions. Alcoholism, broken relationships and military service related trauma. I knew the Lord through all of these things, and no matter how much i tried to ignore Him during these trials, i know that He was always there. He works in mysterious ways and His ways are not our ways. I praise Him everyday for allowing me to go through a lot of difficult, real life stuff so that I can relate to other brothers or future brothers who feel unworthy. Thank you Lord for never leaving my side, and for giving us all unique testimonies. I pray for courage to share my testimony whenever and wherever i get an opportunity to give lost or hurting people hope in Jesus! Amen

Good morning Brothers I have been disfellowship from a group. But it does not break my spirit because I know the God has a plan I would have stayed with this group until the end of my days despite the opposition despite the struggle despite them treating me badly. Because I would feel that God would have me here for a reason. But when they asked me to leave I knew that God was speaking and I know that better things are coming these men did not want to seek to be edified to become leaders they wanted to simply be followers. We follow a king not a man. Although he came to Earth in flesh as the word we follow a king my conscience is clear and God has given me a direction and I will seek the group of men that God has needed me to be with not to lead them but to edify them so that they can lead others. Take heart have strength pray about it. And if God moves you then move with God. It's not easy but in the end really the reward that God offers is much greater than anything that any man can offer you. Love you guys continue to pray for me as I will pray for you

In the trials I had as a businessman I've learnt to share and be accountable to other believing men and leaders in my church. They have often seen things in my blind spots. We all need accountability partners.

Excellent show, I had an major sin issue as a young adult. It wasn't addressed through my biological father, but when I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. Having a relationship with Him changed my life, and I'm grateful for everything. As Christians we are all a work in progress and we have to allow the Holy Spirit to guide us. One of my favorite passages as well. I started watching your daily devo when you were reading from Galatians. Once I was filled with the Holy Spirit everything changed and my heart wound was replaced the truth of God rather than the lies of Satan. My root trigger was pride, selfishness and need for significance. When temptation arises I call upon the fruits of the Holy Spirit. I claim victory when I put Satan in his place and give the credit to God.

I'm loving the 10-step process I think it's really well done I think that it edifies you from within. Being that I'm one of your blind Brothers it really does talk truth to this even though you may remove something it doesn't mean that it won't stop happening. And the decision is whether to walk in your sin or walk in the spirit and believe me Brothers it is a tough walk but is well worth it because the fruits of it are amazing but like brother Miller says do not let the pride in that victory cloud you as well love you guys have the best day

Is it possible to have a desire?That is both wrong and right at the same time. Sometimes we have wants that we don't need, and sometimes we have needs that we also want. I struggled with frustration and anger. A lot of it seems to be rooted in the need for people to listen to me. My children and my spouse That is my desire, they listen to me. It also seems to be a need if i'm going to train my children the way they should go. What would be your take on this situation

The way that the passage is worded doesn't seem to imply it was a prophecy that he was aware of. It seems more like he said something, not realizing that he was saying something prophetic from God. From his perspective, Jesus needed to die so Rome wouldn't crack down on the Jews, so he worded it by saying "one man will die so that our nation won't be destroyed", but really, it was a prophetic word about the atonement. The way he worded it doesn't seem like he was saying "I've received a prophecy from God". He just spoke what, to him, was obvious, and the Holy Spirit worked through it.

I'm sure you already know this, but Doeg (while evil) was fulfilling earlier prophecy by God Almighty to put an end to the house of Eli in 2 Samuel 2:31 "... I will break your strength and the strength of your father's house so that there will not be an old man in your house." God's perfect plan using even horrible people to do His will.
Praying that God would hear our prayers and choose to squelch this storm for his Glory. Protect all in the path according to his will. Specifically protect Vince and his family and home again to your Glory. Thanks be to God!
