@Preety's Parvaar Another quick one, I'm assuming the amount of jaggery water made with 225 grams of jaggery would be enough for twice the amount of flour? Seeing only half was used? Or can I simply reduce the water and use the whole 225 grams of jaggery in one recipe and it won't make them too sweet?
So for one bowl of flour, you'll need half the jaggery so around 113g which needs 1 pint of water. For two bowls of flour, you'll need 225g of jaggery with 2 pints of water to avoid the gulgule from being too sugary and to get the right consistency. I hope that makes sense!
