If i step back & raise arm at the EXACT SAME TIME 😊then my foot will turn outwardly.. But the foot stays straight. If i do the arm and foot in two separate moves.. But my lower back bends like a c curve when i do it anywhich way..
Hi! Thanks for letting us know. There are a few mentions of the kind of compensations you're experiencing in this video. If you're noticing faulty movement patterns through this corrective exercise series, please note that you have come to the right place! As Justin mentions here, if your back is bending like a c-curve, you may need to bring your focus to the thoracic spine (upper back) and regress the movement pattern. If you're experiencing rotation through your hips instead of extension, you may need to bring attention to your hip flexors. This pattern should allow you to lengthen through the hip flexors, aligning the entire kinetic chain. It's low calories and what carbs you eat. There were no fat people in the gulags. If you intake is less than your output you cannot retain weight. If your carbs are slow burn you are fine. If they are fast burn they spike your insulin level and you also are more hungry. Whole grain bread yes, Wonderbread no. Brown rice yes, white rice no. I make an exception for pasta, as whole wheat pasta sucks. I just don't eat a lot of it or eat it often. Cous cous is also a good alternative. But the key is exercise, both anerobic and aerobic. It boosts your base metabolism, which means you burn more calories at rest. But aerobic excercise requires carbs! There is no pill, no magic diet, or miracle fix. It's hard work and discipline. Anyone who says otherwise is selling something!
its not the same a have a proof base on my experience im on keto . . . . when i reach my goal i am still on keto for 1 week after i reach my weight goal but am still lossing weight then i decided to follow calories counting and eat foods i like and watch my calories and guess what i gain so much weight with less than a day
It's more about eating properly than anything else. What is better for you? 2 cups of vegetables or 2 cups of ice cream? Processed foods and "junk foods" are almost always more dense in calories and carbs, tend to be less satisfying and filling, and cause insulin spikes in your bloodstream. Fruit also contains carbs, but like most vegetables, they are less dense due to the amount of water in them. We are mostly water. Why are you not drinking and eating water? One big example of the density problem is an orange, and a serving of orange juice. Orange juice is so concentrated its full of carbs, and often has sugar added to it on top of that.
you can loose the same amount of weight with 3500 cal diet with 10gr carb, and 2000cal diet with carbs so your daily cal intake gets much more higher if you dont consume carbs, thats it
it is importand to have some carbs in every meal, whereas insulin should work in body to absorb protein and other nutritions vitamins etc. so divide 30grams carb in meals or eat it at once

Low calorie diet doesn’t mean low carb Jim can eat 900 calories of broccoli each day for a week and Bob can eat 500 calories of Doritos each day for a week; given that they are the same body type of metabolism Bob will lose more weight than Jim but Jim is eating more carbs than Bob
Lawrence san I love your persona. I think if you teach in Japan, every single person in Japan will fall in love with you. Thank you so much for great lesson.
Pete - I have three primary interests and/see three primary values I can deliver as a trainer and by encouraging exercise - Functional Fitness, Fall Avoidance and Brain Health. I've the opinion that Alzheimer's is the single worst thing that can happen to a human. If we can find ways to get the public to connect the dots of exercise and optimized cognitive function, I'll be ecstatic. Terry Martin - NSCA CPT
