Sometimes it's a sign to swap to a character that can position themselves in a different way, for example Ana wants to stay at a distance as to where Lucio wants to be much closer to get the team in his aura. Or maybe it has to do with character mobility like it's much easier to reposition to a better spot to regain Los as kiri w her wall climb and tp than Ana who sometimes takes forever getting to highground
