This channel is about my personal life, sharing ideas of recovery from various difficulties. I am a person with Schizophrenia, living in the countryside of Japan. I will introduce Japanese culture, spirituality, and philosophy, which is useful to be mindset from complexity. This channel crafts my ideas but never treats medical topics or serious occasions regarding my illnesses.
That's sad that you had to look after your dad - doing menial work when you could be learning. Were there no other relatives that could have looked after your dad. I'm thinking you had a very hard life. It would have helped if you had some brothers and sisters. Being an only child must be difficult for many. You show no resentment or self pity.
I think you are great. Because though you have no degree education but you always self education yourself to upgrade yourself. You are not stupid because you said schizophrenia is your teacher is also your university , you use your sickness to toughen you willpower to learn more to make yourself a better person . Because i encounter in my problem in life too but i always use perseverance as my teacher too to tell myself not to surrender to failure and hardships. Yukata ,you will succeed someday in life.
A couple of years ago, I lived across from a university campus. I’d often have brisk walks around the school grounds, my afternoon exercise. Looking around, I always thought about how we learn a lot of things in schools, but we are actually educated by life. The School of Life is much more demanding than university life. And your alma mater is exponentially much more demanding. Only a selected few are accepted into Schizophrenia University. And even fewer come out able to share its processes and wisdom. Thank you for teaching us. I’ve learned a lot from you.
I'm glad that this video was recommended to me. I am a 29-year-old man diagnosed with PTSD(post-traumatic stress disorder). I can relate with the paranoia. It's one of my symptoms. I appreciate you being open to your audience. I am a new subscriber.
This man is fortunate compared to my cousin's situation. My cousin Suk Dong Ho lives in China where there are 40 million more men than women. Suk is 53 and has never felt the warm embrace of a female, not even a hug. He said if nothing changes by Christmas he will turn gay and acquire a male companion for Christmas dinner so at least he does not eat alone like he has done for over 30 years. He is worried his body may not be able to withstand the onslaught from a male companion. Count your blessings everyone 🙏
Tanaka, here. Hahaha. My name is Andrew: Hai; So, I shall read Yutakas writings probably coming up this weekend and then respond to them down in the comments below for the discourse. Okay. So, and then, so, I would like to say that Nintendo, which its headquarters is located in Kyoto, Japan, has just opened a building dedicated to Nintendo fans and the like called the Nintendo Museum. The museum is located in Uji city, from which I read is relatively close to Kyoto, and or Osaka. I like this. I love Nintendo. Shigeru Miyamoto, who created Zelda, Mario, and Donkey Kong, respectively to name a few of the many playable Nintendo characters that helped to shape the person I am today:) I am very happy to announce this. Hai. For reference for anybody to know: " The Nintendo Museum is situated at Kaguraden-56 Oguracho, Uji City, Kyoto, Japan. " This message is for Yutaka. I am a very paranoid man. It is getting better for me this paranoia. I am getting better at it so I can destroy it, completely. Smash it to pieces. I shall work on showing you my face, so that we can talk in person through the internet through skype or something of the like. This man, Yutaka, has had a profound affect on me in a very, very positive way, and I would like to speak with him, if he wants to. That is all I have to say for now unless something comes forth in the video he put out today that resonates with me so much then I shall talk more. The landscape you asked about, sir, to me, makes me feel very uneasy because of the houses and the eyes that will pry into you. I like more wide-open and expansive um spaces, if you will. Not the limited ones you are showing here. Thank you. The eye of truth, you take that into the lost woods, and then you use it to heal nature and then nature will forever take care of you...hopefully, unless you remain ignorant in the ways of life,
That was an amazing video! <3 you are really good at cooking !!!! i will definitely try this soup's recipe during colder months🏔🗻❄☃sending lots of love from Greece! 🏛🏖
It;s not as noisy where I live - there are many more cars on the road where I live. The pickles looked delicious, I eat bananas every day now, thanks to you. Don;t get lost. Yes, English people are the same - they are in their cars using the motorway and many people using the trains, When I could walk better, I walked for 2 hrs, You have to be born into a certain family to be an aristocrat. And most of them are quite poor now and their stately homes are covered in cobwebs and all their once expensive furniture if work away.
@@Gilbertineable I am very interesting in British landscapes. You mentioned the countryside of the UK is beautiful. I hope someday to visit there. Your story always encouraged me. Thank you!!
@@user-wi9hn6cp7g Pha is a unique character who lives his style with a particular, almost otaku, approach. He defies the conventional path, and it’s interesting how his way of life influences his audience. I’m glad his book draws your curiosity.
Actually, at first I thought Pha sounded selfish but when I think about it - it's the sort of life I would have chosen if I thought it was possible in the past. I would have opened a cat sanctuary.
@@Gilbertineable "That's an interesting perspective. It's amazing how our thoughts can change when we reflect on what we truly want. A cat sanctuary sounds like a wonderful and fulfilling idea.
@@yutakawithschizophrenia Many years ago we watched a video about an Indian family who actually did live in a toilet. It was a public toilet which was abandoned. My father and I cried. I think they were eventually found decent housing. So we were happy.
With total honesty I don't see what's the negative of spend hours among screens (or "Internet abuse/addiction" like many people calls) but instead I think of Internet as a double faced sword, being just bad if you use it as a time-consuming tool instead of what it can be: a huge and almost limitless source of knowledge and practical learning. Obviously social media by the norm are generally the pointless and counterproductive part of the entire web.
I said this before, but I shall say it again for clarifications sake. We Already know what thinking is, and how it comes about. Thought is the response of memory; Or, Thought is born of memory. You can say it either way, and the conveyance means exactly the same meaning! This in itself, is a revelation! To know what thought is, and how it comes about. Now, that you know what thought is, and how it comes about, you are free from it...That is the whole point! I learned this from the late, Indian man, Jiddu Krishnamurti, who when he was alive, spoke with various scientists over the years of his life that confirmed this very aforementioned fact. You can find it online, what I am talking about. You can also lead a horse to water, but you cannot make him drink the water... ...And So, Yutaka, I would say that people like us, and we know who we are...Need a community of some sort to coalesce around. A community of like-minded people, not a tribe, not a formal structure contrived by man, but just a supportive group of people who have mental-health issues, who get together from all around the world and talk about our problems, the problems of society, and action that is actually taken to alleviate these problems in not only ourselves, but in the society in general. With the attention being put for nature I would say that Pha, is a reality of happiness, not a theory of it. Thank you, Andrew for having that insight into what Yutaka-san, said:) I smile at me
Hey man, I don't really know who you are, but I'm glad you found the happiness you did. Even not having schizophrenia, so I won't even try and relate to how your feeling, I can only imagine its very difficult for you. Its amazing your keeping yourself strong though. Keep going, you got this man, in whatever you do.
Next year, I may go to Japan (Osaka/Nara/Kyoto), can we meet after Sunday Mass at any restaurant that you want to eat. I would like to treat you, preferably I really want to eat Unagi. I cannot agree more regarding minimalism, not to compete and not envy others. Smart people know what they want, but wise people know what they do not want.
"Thank you so much for your kind comments! Actually, I can't tell who you are, and I'm cautious about meeting in person due to privacy and safety reasons. However, your comments always inspire me in my creative work, and I truly appreciate them. Instead of meeting in person, perhaps we could connect through a livestream or a Q&A session. I hope you have a wonderful time during your stay in Japan and enjoy some delicious Unagi! Anyway, this is just a bit of advice, but even though Japan is generally a safe country, there are still unusual people, even among the Japanese. So please be careful during your travels. If someone approaches you on the street, avoid following them. Your understanding of life is truly wonderful.
And meeting in a restaurant is a safe place. Do you want to turn into a lonely old man with no friends or partner - because that will happen and all you will have is your books for company. Some one had to say it.

The world is a trap, and unless you see the trap, you become trapped inside of it. Nature just is. Be in nature. It is the only way...Reading helps to see the world devoid and apart from your own narrow way of seeing things.....Perspectives shift, you play with those perspectives, and THAT, my friends is living good Hanami Is it not beautiful?
You’re right, the world can be a trap, but nature offers an escape, a way to reconnect with something real. Reading shifts our perspective, helping us see beyond our narrow views. Hanami, with its fleeting beauty, is a perfect reminder to appreciate life’s transient moments. Isn’t it beautiful
@@Gilbertineable I imagine Britain is also a beautiful country with rich natural features and cozy buildings. I want to visit rural areas in Britain where I can probably see the good scenery I saw in the movies!!
@@yutakawithschizophrenia There are a lot of beautiful places in Britain to visit. Cornwall is lovely, the New Forest is really beautiful and also the Lake District, Bath, Cheddar Gorge and many other places. London is expensive and I personally do not recommend it. I have not been to many places in my own country which is sad because I am 58. I keep asking my partner to book us up for a two night stay in the New Forest but he forgets because of the alcohol. He never has any money now because of the cost of living crisis. And it seems that our new government are going to make things even harder for the poor and they are meant to be a socialist government!
Japan is a beautiful country that I will compare to a beautiful rose and Britain is a country I can compare to an ugly weed. Japan is like a beautiful fluffy cat and Britain is like an ugly toad.
No, I'm being a bit too harsh - there are beautiful places in Britain - it's mainly the London Boroughs I do not like - the suburbs. Bromley town has this hideous sculpture made of bronze (I think) of an elephant riding a tricycle but instead of an elephant's trunk it has this great big trumpet shaped face. I don't think anyone likes it and it has no significance to Bromley at all.
@@yutakawithschizophrenia I think you would like the spa town called ;Bath' it is in the South West (in Bristol). They have Roman baths, I;m not sure if you can still swim in them. Both my sister and my daughter really liked Bath. You would also love the New Forest - it's magical. Wales has some beautiful places too. I'd haven;t been anywhere this year. We only go for coffee so it has been a bit of a boring year so far. Apart from making your acquaintance and my other new youtube friends too. So, I am very happy.
I like the way that as the train pulled into the station it was right next to the platform. In the UK, sometimes the gaps are so wide (up to 1 meter - that you have to literally leap out of the train. Many people lose shoes getting off or on the train. Even when I was able bodied I would hurt myself getting of the trains. Waterloo East is the worst station that I know of. There are no staff on the trains to help people get off and if you need assistance, you have to phone 24 hrs in advance and tell them what train or trains you will be using. I asked for assistance (the last time I used a train) about 8 or 9 yrs ago - and they did not tell me what carriage to sit in and NO ONE turned up to help me off the train. Luckily, it was the last stop and it took me about 10 minutes to get off the train. Never again. The commuter trains are disgusting and the toilets are filthy and one time, years ago, I was sat on the toilet and the automatic door opened - it was very embarrassing.
Two questions 1. What did the hand signify? And 2. Why were you lying on the floor in a frog position? I will forgive you, but I saw a handkerchief or tissue under your table. I don't suppose anyone uses handkerchiefs anymore.
I answer your question. First, my hand signifies my exercise because I want to omit the scene of me actually doing my physical training. Second, I was lying on the floor because I wanted to add a little comedy-like taste to the video because I was just seriously talking in this video. And the sentence in your comment is very precise and critical!! The only thing I should improve immediately is cleaning my maximum studio. Thank you for watching!!
Be careful about who and what you are giving your energy. There are people, who will suck your energy, whether they are aware of it, or not. They know who they are, and you know who they are, oh boy
Yes, they are called energy vampires. But some of them, you cannot avoid. They are basically narcissists and these types of people can make you feel physically ill. Someone once said that I had a sick aura - but they were really talking about themselves. Most people have said I have a beautiful golden aura.
Thank you so much for your message. You're absolutely right-how we use our energy is crucial. Sometimes, we don't even realize when our energy is being drained. I'll keep your advice close to my heart and be more careful about how I spend my energy from now on. Thank you again, I really appreciate your thoughtful words.
