Thank you so much for sharing a bit more forgotten English Heritage. Superb tower Y tracery and a worthy Medieval building with some restoration. And a lovely winter's day..
@@timthemagicbus666 Maytag is an American company. Do search You Tube I came up with this ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-WVjOQw84thc.html Keep up the intrest in old machinery and enjoy it.
This shows that when you hear "somewhere got filled" it could just be a rumour to stop people going down as the massive beachy head base - bunker you mentioned was exploded by numerous groups very recently from as little as a year ago you can watch those on here. However it now may have been somewhat secured now as rumour has it that parts of the underground structure were beginning to protrude out of the cliff! All those years & people had no idea just what was beneath their feet! I wonder what other secret places there are nearby... any others up the barn hill near hope gap? Hmmm so exciting!
What would you recommend? I would put either a Vortex exhaust or a cherry bomb [known as a glass pack.] onto a Rover P5B, a V8 should be allowed to rumble and you are right, it does sound a bit too quiet to me [American V8s are loud and proud for the most part.]
@@timthemagicbus666 not at all... i had a coupe from 1982/96 and my Dad had a mk1 3 litre and a V8 saloon in silver birch.. so I'm clued up on them.. the v8 should burble at the twin pipes not echo the engine noise. Obviously my Dad's v8 was mild steel and I made a point of putting the same on my coupe..
@@kimlanghorn8383 I never knew that exhausts sounded different if you used stainless steel as opposed to mild steel. I shall endeavor to get more clued up on P5B's as they are of interest to me [I sort of imagine that if Britain had took a much fuller part in the muscle car era, the Rover P5B could have been more tuned up and been a British muscle car.]
@@timthemagicbus666 sure ( I wasn't having a dig)... my Dad's 3 litre was inaudible, a lovely quiet car.. the V8s are noisier and if you like an understated burble that growles in acceleration then the mild steel is the one.
Great pictures and good memories from the show. Thanks for using a picture of our two Bolens tractors for your video thumbnail. We took our own video and pictures from this show and Biddenden Tractor fest, see my channel. We travelled from Norfolk for both events.
Hi, great Videos! Would you be happy for us (kents Kit Custom and American Car show Team) to add these links to our website so others can see your great videos? Thanks Rachel
Are you likely to be at the Darling buds of May show this year? It would be a pleasure to meet you, I photograph cars as a hobby and would like to learn more of what can be done with a Ford Pop [V8's are quite a common upgrade].
Hello Tim, You did not mention it, but this year there was a third morris site: Utrecht Morris Team from Utrecht, the Netherlands. It is the site with the red baldericks (I am a member of them)
