Great video, a lot better than the instructions that came with the diffuser. I really like the diffuser but don't know why it had to be so difficult to use. I also tried to get a hold of customer service and just left message. I finally got it work after hitting random buttons, it finally turned on. Thank you again.
Every diffuser dispenses a maximum amount of ML/H, which varies by model. The LX1200 can dispense up to 1 ML/H, so it should be set to 1.0 ML/H. This setting doesn't affect performance but helps the diffuser track usage and estimate when a refill is needed.

not aesthetically pleasing at all, just this big ugly black brick looking thing , that would not look good sitting on my coffee table , and its just too much with always having to deal with those settings...just to change the bottle out, i gotta spend 10 minutes playing with this thing? com 'on now.

While it can be used in other setups, it's often placed discreetly, hidden behind furniture or plants, rather than showcased on a coffee table. Regarding the settings, they're intentionally simple to set up initially and typically don't require frequent adjustments. Changing the bottle is a quick process, and once set, there's usually no need for extensive tinkering. I ordered one exactly like this except it is from Scentinent. Are these companies all the same? I’m not understanding. Mine also says it covers up to 3k square feet not 1200. Also, how do I get rid of military time?

Definitely not easy for me to set up but this is by far best video so far that I have seen. Question? How do I manually just turn it on without scheduling? If I hit on switch nothing happens?

My air flows through my furnace down and comes up through the floor vents, so do I put the diffuser on top of the furnace? Where the mist flows through the furnace and then up through the floor vents, or would this make the mist from the diffuser come in contact with the flame from the furnace and cause a explosion? Idk
Hi, our diffusers connect into the Air Handler's Supply Duct on the Return Side. You would simply connect the tubing which comes with the diffuser right into the duct and it spreads the scent through the entire home's vents.

What exactly does milliliter an hour do? I’ve seen different pdf’s saying to set it at 1ml/hr, others at 5ml/hr, and now 10ml/hr. Does this change intensity of scent, increase/decrease oil life, etc… thank you in advance
I had the same question. When setting the event start and end time determines if the unit will be off at a designated time. Example Event 1 start at 6am and ends at 9. The machine will be off until 6am the next day or until next time of I have additional events setup.
