Well damn, I didn't really pay super close attention to your facebook posts about the game because I'm not a big JRPG fan usually but this video has me considering checking the game out. Some real neat mechanics that intrigue me quite a bit. Really well done video as well, if you had any video making rust it didn't show!
@@ChambersWrestling Let me tell you: this was an absolute trial of will power and determination to get this video made. Everything from my editing software not wanting to boot up to corrupt gameplay recordings… but I’m glad I stuck with it and got this uploaded! There were definitely things I wanted to do that I didn’t get a chance to, but I’m glad you enjoyed it! And definitely check the game out, even if it’s just downloading the demo for the remake!
I 100% thought this was going to end with the mention of NIL and all of that. HOWEVER I then looked at when this was uploaded and realized that nobody could have known what would happen just a few years later. It's now nearly 3 months after NCAA 25 released, and while I haven't played it because I can't afford the console and the game, it's still amazing the changes that were made.
I just found out this color existed, I’m been trying to get a sealed one from eBay. I have a red and black one from back in the day but this reminds me of my first gameboy color!
15:55 Oh man that is when my heart breaks all over again. I had no idea how huge that was, in a bad way. Dec 13th, ugh, I will hate that date until there is a good football game.
No, no please, start from Sky don't listen to him, please lol. I liked your review and I am happy you joined the cult but, please don't start from Cold Steel for the love of God 😂 Edit: please don't see this as an attack, I loved your video and welcome to Trails my friend but whoever reads this comment, if you have a PC it can even be a 10 year old grandma laptop, play Trails in the Sky, it will run it's a PSP game but if you don't have a PC at the very, very least start from Crossbell, Trails from Zero and Trails to Azure and then play Cold Steel, please I beg you!
Atari 2600 is where my gaming experience started, and then Intellivision and stopped gaming when the crash was in full effect, 1984. 5 years later I got the NES. In 1991 I bought the Genesis and then the PS. I never liked the Nintendo systems.
I would like to clarify a couple of things about the Chucky and Tiffany say during the movie series, even though I know by now most people won't believe me, probably because the truth is disappointing. I'm a Frenchman who knows a bit of creole (not necessarily Haitian creole, since I've lived in Guadeloupe and not in Haiti, but the different creoles from different French islands tend to share similarities even if they do have specifities). And I can tell that, contrary to what many English-speaking people believe, this chant is not French and is not creole either. It was actually made up by the writers of the first Child's Play movie. It is basically gibberish with some random French words added here and there (like "bois", meaning "wood", "morte", meaning "dead", or "beaucoup" meaning "a lot" in Cult of Chucky). It's meant to sound like French, but it not: it is a fictitious chant. It does have an official translation that you can find in the internet, but it's not based on something real. The only real part is the mention of Damballa, who is an actual Haitian god. The rest is entirely made up. And it's not obvisouly not Creole either. I know how Creole sounds like and it's definitely not like that, no matter what area we're talking about. Now, I know many people won't believe this, and will stubbornly cling to the belief that it's a real chant. I've seen that before. And honestly, I can understand. It's much more fun and thrilling to go on believing it's "maybe real", maybe an actual chant. But it isn't (except, like I said, the Damballa part). For us French people it is pretty obvious what the filmmakers were trying to do here (make up words that vaguely sound French), but I imagine it's not so obvious for English-speaking persons who would easily assume it is real. I hope I managed to help those who wondered what exactly the chant was, regardless what they WANT to think. And for those who wonder: in the French dub of the movies, the chant is the same (it therefore sounds like gibberish), except in Curse of Chucky, in which the translators turn the chant into actual French words ("Je prie les Dieux maléfiques de l'univers d'exaucer ma prière", etc). Voilà ! :)
Thank goodness for emulators. I have this on my steam deck which i use as an emulator and this is the only baseball game I only play and it's still way better than any current MLB The Show game. The owners mode and Franchise mode still kick ass. My favorite part is you can also buy stadiums with points you get for playing the game and also older baseball legends.
EA can shove it. I am NOT a fan of EA. Last year they bought my favorite mobile baseball game, Tap Sports Baseball, changed the name to EA Tap Baseball for one season, and then buried it. They removed it from the ap store and then announced in game on both versions that were still being played (Tap Sports Baseball 22 and EA Tap Baseball 23) that the servers were ending at the end of March 2024. What the h*ck is wrong with them?!
I love your videos fun fact Chuckys original name was buddy based off a combined selection tons of talking dolls like my buddy raggedy Ann Andy and cabbage patch kids in Don Mancini original script titled batteries not included ❤😊
